One should diligently examine this day and night. When one can touch it with one's hand, or when one obtains a sign as if seeing it directly, then one has mastered the meditation. Having become stable in this way, from the vajra (རྡོ་རྗེ།, dorje, vajra, diamond scepter) generate similar forms, from two to three, and so on, until they pervade the sky, and learn to gather them back. Having become stable in this, visualize oneself as the body of Bhagavan (བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས།, chomdendé, bhagavan, blessed one) Wrathful Vajra (རྡོ་རྗེ་གཏུམ་པོ།, dorje tummo, vajrakrodha, wrathful vajra), from pervading the sky to gathering back. Having become stable in this, visualize all Buddhas (སངས་རྒྱས།, sangye, buddha, awakened one) and Bodhisattvas (བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ།, jangchub sempa, bodhisattva, enlightenment being) in the form of a Garuda (ཁྱུང་།, khyung, garuda, garuda) mandala, expanding and gathering. The second method is: The part up to visualizing as a deity (ལྷ།, lha, deva, god) is the same as before, but at the tip of the secret place, visualize a blue bindu (ཐིག་ལེ།, thigle, bindu, drop) the size of a mustard seed, and focus on it single-pointedly. Having become stable in this, through deity yoga (ལྷའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར།, lhai naljor, deva yoga, deity yoga), manifestly join the vajra and lotus (རྡོ་རྗེ་པདྨ།, dorje pema, vajrapadma, vajra lotus), and thus generate it in the center of the red four-petaled lotus of the consort (ཡུམ།, yum, consort, consort). Having placed the bindu in the lotus in this way, that very bindu transforms into the form of Wrathful Vajra in union with his consort (རྡོ་རྗེ་གཏུམ་པོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ།, dorje tummo yab yum, vajrakrodha yab yum, wrathful vajra father-mother), and expand it outward from the lotus. Having become stable in this, the two unite as before, and from that, visualize the essence (ངོ་བོ།, ngowo, svabhava, essence) of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the form of a Garuda mandala, pervading the sky. As it is said in the text: 'Having become stable on the vajra path, expand into the realm of space.' The third method is: The other parts are the same as before, but at the tip of the heart, visualize the four-petaled lotus of the heart, red and clear like the clouds at dusk, and in the center of the lotus, visualize a bluish-green bindu the size of a mustard seed, with a hole as small as the tip of a hair below it, and focus on this. By controlling the upper and lower winds (རླུང་།, rlung, prana, wind) through their union, imagine that the wind enters the bindu with a hissing sound, and gather the five consciousnesses (རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ།, nampar shepa, vijnana, consciousness) into the alaya consciousness (ཀུན་གཞིའི་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ།, kunzhi nampar shepa, alayavijnana, alaya consciousness), and then place them in the bindu of the heart, and equalize the three—wind, mind, and bindu—into one taste, and abide in that. Having become stable in this, the form of the bindu will become visible, and from that, wisdom (ཡེ་ཤེས།, yeshe, jnana, wisdom) will arise, and gradually one will attain Buddhahood. As the teacher Karnaripa (ཀརྞ་རི་པ།, karna ripa, karnaripa, karnaripa) said: 'The one bindu that always resides in the heart, does not change. For the person who meditates on it, wisdom will definitely arise.' And the text says: 'On the red four-petaled lotus, a blue bindu the size of a mustard seed.' This is the subtle yoga

Yoga The third is the yoga of bindus, The yoga of the body deity is the network of vajra channels, the union of winds, the circulation of bindus, and the absence of faults. First, maintain the previous body posture and visualize the deity from the fingertips to the ends as being empty. Second, visualize the blue wind held by the Lalana channel flowing on the left, and the red wind held by the Rasana channel flowing on the right, entering through the nostrils and entering the central channel at the junction of Spunagu. The white wind held by the Avadhuti channel, without grasping, rises in the middle to reach the 'Ham' at the crown of the head, and descends to the junction of Spunagu. From these three channels, channels branch out at the crown, throat, heart, and navel chakras, and then from there, they spread to the ends of all the pores of the body, branching out into empty channel petals, visualizing the body as becoming a network of channels. Third, exhale three times to clear the impure air, and through the nostrils, passing through the path of Ro rkyang, blow the wind below the navel, and at the same time pull up the downward-moving air like an inverted wellhead, visualizing them as uniting in the central channel. Fourth, in the Kundalini, at the junction of the ends of the sun and moon channels, visualize a short 'A' that is like a flash of lightning, feels very hot, and has a flickering nature, and a white, cool 'Ham' that is dripping with bodhicitta. The wind moves the 'A', and the flame burns like a lamp flame. The heat of the flame causes the 'Ham' to drip a little bodhicitta. When it touches the tummo, the light becomes even more intense, and when the tip touches the 'Ham', the nectar of bodhicitta drips down. It travels through the four chakras to the tip of the secret vajra. It merges with the more intense flame, and the burning light is guided to the heart, and then to the throat and the location of the 'Ham'. Visualize this repeatedly, without being interrupted by other thoughts. Fifth, by striving in this way, the appearance of smoke is mastering the earth wind, the appearance of mirages is mastering the water wind, the appearance of fireflies is mastering the fire wind, the appearance of a lamp flame is mastering the wind wind, and the appearance of emptiness is mastering the space wind. Then master the bodhicitta, the consciousness cannot be fixed, the body is filled with bliss, bliss appears, and bliss overwhelms afflictions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
