Ultimately, all must proceed through the essence of the unsurpassed tantras, the path of the four empowerments, as it is said: 'From the renunciation of the three vehicles, to abide in the fruit of the one vehicle.' However many collections of teachings there may be, they are all for the purpose of manifesting wisdom. And that wisdom cannot be sought outside of the mind, no matter how many methods there may be for seeking it. All fabrications are controlled by the movement of grasping and being grasped, and this is solely for the sake of guiding those who can be tamed. The fundamental, ultimate certainty is that there is nothing other than non-fabrication. Therefore, know that all the Buddha's teachings are contained within this path of non-fabrication. Fifth, from the temporary perspective of great bliss, it is divided into ten bhumis (stages). On the path of the four empowerments, there is the classification of the bhumis, and similarly in the lower tantras and the characteristic vehicle as well. Here, all acts of faith are like a cloud obscuring the sun, a false conception of reality, therefore like a cloud. The seven impure bhumis are defiled by the impurity of the afflicted mind, and are tainted by subtle clinging to duality, therefore like an illusion. From the pure bhumis onwards, it is like awakening from co-emergent sleep, all dharmas arise within it, therefore like a dream. From the fruition bhumi onwards, all dharmas are fully manifest in every way, enlightenment is attained, and the reality of the ground is revealed, therefore know it to be like awakening. As it is said in the text: 'The first is like a cloud,' and so forth. The text also says: 'Think of nothing, inconceivable. If you contemplate that which is inconceivable, you will gain wisdom from it.' This is the yoga of the inconceivable. Fifth, although all dharmas are fully awakened into perfect enlightenment through the ultimate samadhi of non-conceptualization, the nature of clear light wisdom, even so, it is never separated from the nature of great compassion, therefore it does not abide in peace. Like awakening from sleep, possessing all the supreme marks and signs, it is the Bhagavan Vajrapani (Tibetan: ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रपाणि, Sanskrit Roman: Vajrapāṇi, lit. 'Vajra in hand'), the embodiment of the union of two wisdom bodies, arising from the unconditioned realm, and is therefore regarded as the meaning of attainment. As it is said in the text: 'Clear and non-conceptual, the body of wisdom. Not abiding, not separated, unconditioned. This is called wisdom.'

Is the nature of Vajradhara!’ The spoken of perfect yoga. Great secret, the dancer of space, possessing rainbow feathers, like the essence of nectar flowing into the ears of all. The supreme Dharma, like the roar of a dragon, especially renowned with clear fame, clouds of accomplishment. The white lotus that drinks the stream of lineage, comfortably dwells in the pond of proper practice. With endless means, however many there may be, it sweetly nourishes with the fragrant scent of instructions. At that time, the six-legged bee seeking meaning, beautiful and adorned, with the flight of desire moves in this direction, tasting the sweet nectar of definite meaning, may the youth of accomplishment ever increase! The oral instructions of Raschungpa, the profound Dharma of the glorious Drukpa, this which has not become the realm of practice for all, also with loving mind, by Pema Karpo (White Lotus) is given as a Dharma gift to others, for a time is complete.
