Firstly, the body should assume the vajra posture, the spine straightened, the hands in the samadhi mudra, placed below the navel, the chin pressed against the collarbone, and the tongue touching the upper palate. The eyes should gaze unblinkingly at the space in front of the tip of the nose, this is the body posture. Through various breathing exercises, such as exhaling impure air three times, raising the air upwards, and pressing the air downwards, regulate the speech posture. This is the first step. The second step includes: strengthening power through the shamatha (calm abiding) of great bliss, practicing skills through the vipashyana (insight) of unobstructedness, and entering the realm of equality through unobstructed conduct. First, examine in detail what the happiness you have experienced in the past was like. Then, let the mind be undisturbed by discursive thoughts, the body and speech effortlessly enter the realm of the Buddha, enter the inexhaustible treasury, enter the inconceivable dharmadhatu, and enter the incomparable state of emptiness and compassion without duality. If there is dullness, raise awareness and place it in space; if there is agitation, suppress the thoughts and sink them to the bottom of the sea; if there is distraction, focus awareness and cast it towards various objects. Secondly, when all discursive thoughts and attachments are suppressed and you abide without doubt, simply think of integrating the attachment to external objects into selflessness. Just as clouds arising from the pure sky dissolve back into the sky, or just as fish jumping in a clear river return to stillness, by observing the mind with appearances, all the defilements of clinging to self will be purified immediately. Thirdly, the discriminating wisdom that is like fire, the samadhi of the net of illusion that is like wind, the suchness object that is like water, and the co-emergent bodhicitta that is like space, through long-term habituation to this yoga that does not abide in any state, abandon all discordant discursive thoughts, concordant discursive thoughts, discursive thoughts of reality, and discursive thoughts of results, thereby attaining the state of equality of the three times and no longer clinging to anything. As the scripture says: 'That is vast attention, joy is the continuous activity of the mind, one should meditate constantly, remembering all places.' Mahamudra: The third is Mahamudra, which relies on body posture, eye gaze, and the vajra yoga of the mind. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Regarding the three methods of relying on posture. The first: In a dark room, make the mind accord with it, sit comfortably on a cushion, with the body posture as before, clench the vajra fist, place the fists at the bend of the thighs, and press the upper body with the elbows. The second: The vajra crown posture is to tighten upwards strongly. The third: As described in the generation stage of self-generation as the supreme deity, visualize oneself as the father and mother deities of the Bhagavan (Bhagavan, Blessed One). Various lotuses, Kali (Kali, the terrifying night), and the beautiful mistress, are all below the Five Tathagatas. The body and limbs are supreme, emitting white light and bindu (Bindu, bindu, drop), these gradually enter the place where there is no entry. The breath of wind is in the mirror, how it is completely exhausted, the yogi should also repeatedly enter the ultimate limit. 'Thus it is said. Therefore, holding through the yoga of subsequent dissolution, the six senses, the six objects of perception, and the six consciousnesses that hold, all gather together, consciousness is self-aware of its own nature, becoming the holding mind, and what is known becomes the nature of Dharma, abiding equally at the true limit with the equality of equal taste. Abiding thus, the bonds of all existence in the desire realm, form realm, and formless realm are naturally liberated, and everything is together with one's own mind, entering into the unchangeable great bliss. 'From all aspects, hands and feet, etc., from all aspects, eyes, head, and face, from all aspects, possessing ears, in the world, everything is pervaded and served.' As it is said, one who possesses this characteristic, with wisdom possessing all perfections, appears like a young girl applying powder on a mirror, like the moon embracing with moonlight, the non-dual Bodhicitta (Bodhicitta, bodhicitta, mind of enlightenment) appears as a single jewel. The scripture says: 'Everything pervades, manifesting light, with a heart of compassion, the emptiness that merges, this is the embrace of an instant. That which holds bliss, the letters of compassion and wisdom, like emptiness, is seen in all things.' Thus it is. Fourth, the Samaya (Samaya, vow) Mudra: Like the condensation of breath on a mirror, through the sequence of subsequent dissolution, like the illusory body of the tenth bhumi's power, in the eleventh bhumi, becoming the basis of obscuration, the completely transformed nature abides in the clear light, this is the supreme teaching. Then, the net of conceptual thoughts, along with habitual tendencies, is completely uprooted. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
