Unleashing the immeasurable (ག་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་སྤྲོས།), benefiting sentient beings through activities such as turning the wheel of Dharma (ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བ་ལ་སོགས་པས་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་བྱས།). Then, contemplate merging back into oneself, reciting: Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat Beginners should repeatedly practice all of these. Intermediate practitioners should arise from the instantaneous clear light of the perfect Sambhogakaya (ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་པའི་སྐུར་, saṃbhogakāya, enjoyment body) of Yuganaddha (ཟུང་དུ་འཇུག་པའི་, yuganaddha, union). Superior practitioners, from the moment of arising, are of the nature of Yuganaddha. Contemplating this self-nature as spontaneously accomplished (ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་བསྒོམ་པ་, lhundrup, spontaneous accomplishment) is the supreme of the supreme, through which one will attain the ultimate essence—the Siddhi (དངོས་གྲུབ་, siddhi, accomplishment) of Mahamudra (ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་, mahāmudrā, great seal). Furthermore, because the characteristics of the Skandhas (ཕུང་སོགས་, skandha, aggregates), etc., are clearly manifest, and blessed by the deity (ལྷར་, deva, god) with faces and hands, it is called the Yoga of Blessing (བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་, jingyi lap pai naljor, yoga of blessing). The Tattvasaṃgraha (བརྟག་གཉིས་, Tattvasaṃgraha, Compendium of Principles) states: 'Faces, hands, colors, and forms, are established merely by generation.' Secondly, having become familiar with this, one should single-mindedly focus on contemplating all external environments (སྣོད་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐམས་ཅད་, snod kyi jigten tamchad, external world) as palaces (གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་, khangzang, celestial mansion), and all internal sentient beings (བཅུད་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་, chü kyi semchen tamchad, internal beings) as the Lord of the Wheel (འཁོར་ལོའི་མགོན་པོ་, khorloi gonpo, Lord of the Wheel). Thus, all that moves and does not move in the three realms (ཁམས་གསུམ་, khamsum, three realms) is contemplated and appears as the Mandala (དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་, kyilkhor, mandala) of the deity, which is the Eternal Yoga (རྟག་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་, takpai naljor, eternal yoga). The scripture states: 'Having contemplated this for a long time, sentient beings abide in that place.' Thirdly, initially contemplating with a discriminating mind (རྣམ་པར་བརྟགས་ནས་, nampar takne, discriminating), and later appearing clearly, is called Śamatha (ཞི་གནས་, zhine, calm abiding). Having meditated in this way, Bindus (ཐིག་ལེ་, thigle, bindu) and implements (ཕྱག་མཚན་, chaktsen, hand implements) appear, and then, like a mirror, the innate appearances, such as the five Sambhogakayas (ལོངས་སྐུ་རིགས་ལྔ་, longku rik nga, five Sambhogakayas), appear unhindered as the deities of ultimate meaning (དོན་དམ་པའི་ལྷ་, dondampai lha, deities of ultimate meaning), which is called Vipaśyanā (ལྷག་མཐོང་, lhaktong, insight). These two eliminate each other's obstacles, and all appearances of the three realms are purified into empty forms (སྟོང་གཟུགས་, tongzuk, empty forms) like the endless clouds of the Buddhas (སངས་རྒྱས་, sangye, Buddhas). This method is the complete enlightenment (བྱང་ཆུབ་, changchub, enlightenment) of all Dharmas in the state of emptiness (སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་, tongpanyi, emptiness), and is therefore called the Perfect Yoga (རྫོགས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་, dzokpai naljor, perfect yoga). The scripture states: 'The nature of the five wisdoms (ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་, yeshe nga, five wisdoms) is clear, the rays of the Buddhas radiate, the Bodhisattvas of the same field of activity.' The Tattvasaṃgraha states: 'In the nature without elaboration, deities and mantras truly dwell.' It also states: 'The initial mind is Śamatha, like the number of the immovable, etc., what is seen is called Vipaśyanā.' This is also stated in other scriptures. This is called the three yogas: blessing and eternity, and the form of the perfect mind, which is yoga. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
