The four powers of confession: the power of reliance, the power of regret, the power of remedy, and the power of restraint. Those to be confessed are: actions done in the past, actions caused to be done, delighting in others' actions; actions done in the present, actions caused to be done, approving of others' actions. Because of the vow, it will not happen in the future, therefore it is confessed. By which of the three ways does oneself accumulate merit? The karma of merit that causes rebirth as a human, the karma of merit that causes rebirth as a god, and the unwavering karma that causes rebirth in higher realms. According to the tradition, it is divided into three eminences: the vehicle of humans, the vehicle of gods, and the vehicle of Brahma. Because worldly people do not have the accumulation of wisdom, all are counted as the accumulation of merit. 7-360 Holding the vehicle of definite goodness is the seed of my omniscience. May my Bodhi never be exhausted! Omniscience, all-knowing. With the power of its companion, it also shows the path knowledge and the all-knowing. By making these three the seed, the four noble ones appear like sprouts, and thus the three grounds of Bodhi are accomplished, so it is inexhaustible, that is, increasing. Therefore, the two noble Hearers and Solitary Realizers are the fruit of all-knowing. The Bodhisattva of the path knowledge is the state of the noble ones. The ultimate fruit of that is the all-knowing. The reason for adding 'my' is that all-knowing is also the learning of the Bodhisattvas. 'There is nothing that a Bodhisattva does not learn.' Therefore. However, it is for the sake of knowing it, not for the sake of manifesting it. In the definitive sense, omniscience is the Sugata. The seed is the essence of the Sugata residing in the sheath of the nine impurities, which is called the realm. It also shows sentient beings, Bodhisattvas, and Sugatas. Because there is no difference in nature, and when there is obscuration in appearance, it is placed in the first two stages. When it is free from obscuration, it is placed in the latter. 7-361 Suchness is in all, without difference but pure. Suchness is therefore, all beings have its essence. It is said. The key point of the nature being one is that when practice reaches the end, it will manifest, so the fruit is one. Therefore, the ultimate is taught as one vehicle. If one becomes a Solitary Realizer from this, there will be no other sentient beings left behind. The appearance of self and others is a temporary delusion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It should be known thus. Therefore, the realm is not confused, but is grasped by the mind's clinging, so it can be separated from it. Therefore, it is named 'the nature of the momentary is emptiness'. Because the nature cannot be changed, it is said, 'It is not emptiness, but the supreme Dharma'. When explaining the nature, it is exemplified by the sky, not taking it as a real thing. Therefore, here, I pray to hold all Dharmas. In the commentary on the Good Conduct, it is said that this prayer includes all the dedications of Bodhisattvas, therefore, all prayers are briefly explained here. Dedication of Entering Conduct The second part includes three aspects: entering conduct, practicing conduct, and accomplishing conduct. The first is: 'In all Buddha-fields of the ten directions, offering to the Buddhas'. In all Buddha-fields, mentally create huge clouds of offerings, and visualize these actually arranged offerings as truly existing, these are vast offerings. As the scripture says: 'Except for pleasing sentient beings, there is no other way to please the Buddhas.' Therefore, generating Bodhicitta itself is the most supreme of all offerings, which shows this point. 'The Buddhas know, I rejoice'. I rejoice in this. The purity of the three wheels itself is the supreme offering, so this is explained. 'I confess all sins'. Rejoicing in the merits of others. 'I prostrate to all Buddhas'. May I attain supreme wisdom. Fourth, wherever the root of virtue is dedicated, it should be transformed accordingly, like the elixir of gold. 'In all directions of the ten directions, Bodhisattvas who are on the ten Bhumis, I urge you to attain unsurpassed Bodhi'. As the scripture says: 'After subduing the Maras and their retinues, attain the supreme Bodhi, for the benefit of all sentient beings, please turn the wheel of Dharma.' Such a translation is appropriate. This is urging the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas. 'With the sound of the great Dharma drum, may the suffering of sentient beings be ended'. This is urging the Buddhas to turn the wheel of Dharma. For countless eons, please stay and teach the Dharma, praying not to enter Nirvana, this is the Dharma preceded by the seven-branch offering. 'Drowning in the mire of desire, tightly bound by the ropes of craving, to the sentient beings bound by all bonds, please look upon them, the supreme of the two-legged, and protect them.' Who can protect? It is the Bodhisattva with great compassion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
