'ས་སྙེད།' etc., prophesied the Buddhas of this Fortunate Aeon. Thus, gradually entering the vast conduct of a Bodhisattva, he always practiced it. He especially did what Buddhas do, generated all virtuous roots, and pleased and revered Buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, obtaining great empowerment. Now, in front of all the guides of the world and the unparalleled son of Śuddhodana (Sakyamuni Buddha), he became the noble Avalokiteśvara. For those to be tamed by the Śrāvakas, he emanated as an assembled retinue, the Arhat Sonam Nyingpo (Merit Essence). Thereafter, in a city adorned with ninety-six kotis (one koti equals ten million), and in the center of the base of half a koti of Brahma cities, in the Kalapa palace, he became the chief of the lineage, Jamyang Drakpa (Manjushri's Fame), and the son of the goddess Tara, White Lotus, composing the extensive commentary of the Condensed Tantra in twelve thousand verses. After that, again in this land of snow mountains, he emanated as the great Dharma King Trisong Detsen or Songtsen Gampo, illuminating the darkness of Tibet with the great lamp of the teachings. Furthermore, in the best place corresponding to insight (vipassanā) in the sacred land (India), in the great country of Kashmir prophesied as such, he was born into a Brahmin family, reaching the other shore of the ocean of his own and others' tenets, increasing the power of his intellect with the essence of the nectar of the Sugata's (Buddha's) three baskets of scriptures, taking upon himself the task of alleviating the suffering of beings, practicing the twelve great austerities. Finally, having obtained the blessings of the accomplished Tilopa, who was directly embraced by the Buddha, he attained supreme and common siddhis, defeating the opponents. No scholar or siddha of any sect, his own or others, could compete with him, so he was proclaimed by all as the glorious Fearless Fame or Naropa. Thus, he accomplished the words of the Tathagata and greatly benefited the teachings. Thereafter, he emanated as the learned and accomplished master Little Time Foot, and the all-seeing and only eye of the three realms, Lord Moonlight Youth, etc., greatly benefiting sentient beings and greatly promoting the teachings. Then, again in this pure land of endurance, in the center of Jambudvipa, a part of the four continents. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The place known as 'Great Tibet' and 'Greater Tibet,' with its vast land exceeding two hundred and twenty-four yojanas (Sanskrit: योजन, Romanization: yojana, literal meaning: a unit of length), plus sixteen khru (Tibetan: ཁྲུ་, Romanization: khru, literal meaning: cubits), two gyang drak (Tibetan: རྒྱང་གྲགས་, Romanization: rgyang drak, literal meaning: the distance at which a shout can be heard), and one thousand and thirty-three bow-lengths, for the purpose of taming the beings who live on that vast land, and for the sake of greatly propagating the Buddha's teachings, in the small Tibet's U-Tsang region, a place that shines like a crown, protected by the Yaksha King Gangwa Zangpo (Tibetan: གང་བ་བཟང་པོ, Romanization: gang ba bzang po, literal meaning: Virtuous Goodness). The source of Nyangto (Tibetan: ཉང་སྟོད, Romanization: nyang stod), desirable and pleasing to the eye, like scattered celestial flowers. Surrounded by mountains with colors like emeralds (Tibetan: ཀེ་ཀེ་རུ་, Romanization: ke ke ru), emeralds (Tibetan: མརྒཏ, Romanization: mrgata), rubies (Tibetan: པདྨ་རཱ་ག་, Romanization: padma rAga), and sapphires (Tibetan: ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་, Romanization: indra nIla), radiant and luminous. Adorned like a base of precious lapis lazuli with various lines. There, all beings play with songs and dances, living on inexhaustible wealth. The youths also steal the pride of the third realm, captivating the minds of beings with sweet melodies. There, a descendant of a Han Chinese giant with great strength and courage, proficient in all arts, whose wealth rivals that of the son of Vaishravana, a wealthy man named Zurpo Tsape (Tibetan: ཟུར་པོ་ཚབ་པེ, Romanization: zur po tshab pe), praised by the people. He has a wife who possesses all feminine virtues, never tainted by sins, always captivating everyone with her graceful demeanor, always engaging in virtuous deeds, named Marza Darkyi (Tibetan: མར་བཟའ་དར་སྐྱིད, Romanization: mar bza' dar skyid). In the late autumn mid-season of the Iron Dragon year, In the third watch of the night before dawn, when the auspicious deity presides, at an auspicious moment combined with the light of nectar, she conceived. Immediately, the gods made offerings, and the yaksha hosts protected her. In the dream of the mother-to-be, a crystal-clear, extremely beautiful boy, radiating the light of the thirty-two major marks, wearing fine cotton cloth on his upper body and a skirt on his lower body, with a deerskin draped over his shoulder, with a stream of cool nectar flowing from the palm of his right hand, and holding a white lotus with a thousand petals in his left hand, entered her right side. She told this dream to the maids around her. They were filled with joy and satisfaction and praised her. The Bodhisattva (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ, Romanization: byang chub sems dpa', literal meaning: enlightened being) felt no suffering in his mother's womb. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
