向諸位祈禱後，末世之時此物或有需要，故書此甚深心髓之題名。此乃如大秘密心臟般的口訣，乃圓滿正覺大金剛持，(8)往昔未曾從心間湧出，為徹底捨棄輪迴之法性，示現從無遷變中遷變之相，導師涅槃之足跡。較之無可分割之虛空，加持首先自生之文字，亦為斷除化身之苦，此亦具足五寶之莊嚴，過去、涅槃後、未來三者，口訣乃心之珍寶，誰能見到，彼即現證圓滿。何人若能得見，具緣者，於自身有漏之蘊未壞滅前，自身懷於心中，若向任何人宣說，則將焚毀自身性命。故於自心獲得堅定。若捨棄自身之時到來，則交付於具緣心子。於此之前，縱使向一人宣說，地獄之火亦將焚燒自身身心。故臨終之時，給予一位具緣者。若多於二或三(9)，則將受懲罰。書寫並持此珍貴文字。如此行持，則加持如水流般，賜予彼瑜伽士。若未尋得教法之主，則為後世之故，埋藏於珍寶之庫藏中。如是觸及過去、涅槃後、未來三者之義。秘密之精華，心之教誡。秘密中之至上者，乃圓滿之大圓滿。彼之口訣，乃心之精髓。未曾向他者宣說之心髓母法。僅僅提及此之名稱亦不敢，為闡明此心之精華，取出感官之精華、眼與內心，向外取出，為具緣者之故，書寫此本尊。秘密心之橛，覺性之要點，依賴身與語而顯現，獲得、見到、增長之覺性，此等乃為與感官之境相關聯而宣說之故。心髓精華(10)，一切秘密中之至上者。秘密之母字，乃心之珍寶。往昔未曾取出之口訣。與一切宗派皆不相同，如以箭射中心臟般，乃不退轉之大方便，名為……

Having prayed to the Buddhas, since this might be needed in the degenerate age, I write this title of the profound Heart Essence. This is a secret great instruction like the heart, by the great Vajradhara of perfect enlightenment, (8) never before erupted from the depths of the heart, in order to completely abandon the nature of samsara, showing the manner of transcendence from the immutable, the footsteps of the Teacher's passing into nirvana. More than the indivisible space, the blessing is the first self-arisen letter. This also cuts off the suffering of incarnation, and is adorned with the five precious jewels. The three, past, after nirvana, and future, the instruction is the treasure of the heart. Whoever sees it will become manifestly complete. The fortunate one who sees it, until his own contaminated aggregates are destroyed, should hold himself in his heart, and if he teaches and proclaims it to anyone, his own life will be burned. Therefore, gain firmness in your own mind. If the time comes to abandon the aggregates, entrust it to a fortunate heart-son. Even if you teach it to one person before this, the fire of hell will burn your own body and mind. Therefore, give it to one fortunate person at the time of death. If more than two or three (9), you will be punished. Write and hold these precious letters. If you do this, the blessing will be like a stream of water, given to that noble yogi. If you do not find the master of the teachings, then for the sake of future generations, bury it in a treasure trove of jewels. In this way, touch the meaning of the three, past, after nirvana, and future. The essence of secrets, the heart's instructions. The supreme secret is the great perfection, the total completion. Its instructions are the essence extracted from the heart. The mother of heart essence that has not been taught to others. 在讲述此地时，祈请上师传承和空行母们大发慈悲！与此相遇的有缘具证者，其有漏蕴聚和生起之物自会耗尽，毫无疑问地会走向解脱。如果与此甚深秘密之义相遇，却不修持而懈怠，就如同未使用的宝藏，毫无用处。因此，有缘的心之子啊，要修持这精要之义！这与任何事物都不同的精要精华，这些大秘密的决定性心髓，如果被他人听到，将会失去成就；被看到，瑜伽士们的果实将会消失；甚至仅仅提及名称也是不应做的。(11)在不会被外敌侵扰的地方，在岩石的门槛处或僻静之处，放入铁、铜或银的容器中。严密地隐藏起来，不让任何人看到。供奉起来，在需要观看时，向空行母们献上会供食子后，才能观看和修持，不能随意使用和观看。因此，这个方法极其秘密。唉玛！如此奇妙的，口诀决定的心之珍宝，过去、未来和现在的一切佛陀，都不会说、不说和将不会说这个意义。因此，这个方法也极其秘密。这能直接展示自性明觉的，最秘密的精华，与此相遇的有缘具证者，毫无疑问会成佛。如果与这决定性的心髓相遇，(12)却不修持这个意义，即使经历百千万亿劫，也无法获得佛果。因此，要舍弃一切迷惑的行为，在坟地或大森林的深处，在无人行走的最殊胜之地，极其寂静，超越无数的度量，约束身语意的要点，不与任何人相遇，独自安住。毫不分离地观照自己的本性。如此安住，就能与心髓之义相遇，对真实产生显现。如果没有如此安住的力量，即使在空旷的山顶等地，也要始终禁语，像哑巴一样行走，不让其他人

When speaking of this place, may the lineage lamas and dakinis grant great forbearance! Fortunate ones with definite signs who encounter this, their contaminated aggregates and arising elements will naturally be exhausted, and they will undoubtedly go to liberation. If one encounters this essential secret meaning but does not practice and is negligent, it is like an unused treasure, without benefit. Therefore, fortunate heart-son, practice this essential meaning! This essential essence, unlike anything else, these great secret definitive heart-essences, if heard by others, will destroy accomplishment; if seen, the fruits of yogis will vanish; even mentioning the name is not to be done. (11) In a place not disturbed by elemental enemies, at a stone threshold or in a secluded place, place it in a container of iron, copper, or silver. Hide it completely, so that no one sees it. Enshrine it, and when the time comes to look, after offering a tsok offering to the dakinis, then look and practice, not using or looking at it arbitrarily. Therefore, this method is supremely secret. Ema! How wonderful, this definitive heart-treasure of instructions, the Buddhas of the past, future, and present, have not spoken, do not speak, and will not speak of this meaning. Therefore, this method is also supremely secret. This directly shows one's own awareness, the essence of the most secret condensed heart-essences, fortunate ones with definite signs who encounter this, will undoubtedly become Buddhas. If one encounters this definitive heart-essence, (12) but does not practice this meaning, even after hundreds of millions of kalpas, one will not attain Buddhahood. Therefore, abandoning all deluded actions, in a charnel ground or in the depths of a great forest, in a supreme place where no one travels, extremely secluded, beyond countless measures, restrain the key points of body, speech, and mind, and abide alone without meeting anyone. Look at one's own suchness without separation. By abiding thus, one will encounter the meaning of the heart-essence, and appearance will change into reality. If one does not have the strength to abide thus, even on an empty mountain peak, etc., always maintain silence, wandering like a mute, not letting others
