既已無可奈何。 珍重地將其作為修持的助伴。 如意寶三法，能成就殊勝與共同悉地。 上師意修如意寶， 賜予見修證的加持與成就。 本尊意修如意寶， 能獲得不死壽命的成就。 空行意修如意寶， 能成辦四事業的事業與二利（474）。 因此，稀有的三個字， 作為修持的助伴不可或缺， 日夜四座恆常修持。 能寂滅魔障、邪引與障礙， 迅速獲得殊勝與共同成就。 心要三法，甚深心要之義， 以究竟勝義菩提心要， 剎那間便能生起光明定。 甚深究竟如意心要， 能將惡緣轉為道用，匯聚於安樂一境。 遷識甚深光明心要， 能使中陰免於怖畏，與原始本位結合。 此三字，乃極密心髓之， 續部、教言、口訣之精華究竟， 勿示於他，自身以歡喜相伴。 於吉祥結盒中，獲得秘密印持， 日夜精勤修持極為重要。 明鏡三法，能成辦今生來世二利。 以認識自心本性的明鏡， 能於此生獲得信心，於中陰獲得解脫。 以能明示死相的明鏡， 瑜伽士能把握捨棄蘊身的時機（475）。 以能延緩死亡的甚深明鏡， 能顯示暇滿人身長久安住的今生景象。 此三大方便的秘密字， 應珍重地銘記於心，作為修持的助伴。 這些都是口耳相傳的文字法， 是典籍傳承的心要無上口訣。 主要為此生獲得解脫之要訣， 具緣者應日夜精勤修持。 此無文字的口耳相傳秘密法， 乃宗派一致的真實口耳相傳， 主要宣說於中陰獲得解脫之要訣， 雖名為明點秘密法類， 然經文中說此與墨書者有關聯。 因此，此大秘密實義口訣， 不可或缺，應珍重心髓作為助伴。 口耳傳承三法

Through the wish-fulfilling jewel of the Yidam's Mind Practice, One obtains the siddhi of immortal life. Through the wish-fulfilling jewel of the Dakini's Mind Practice, Accomplishing the four activities and the two benefits (474). Therefore, these three rare syllables, Are indispensable as companions for practice, Meditate on them constantly in the four sessions of day and night. Pacifying obstacles, wrong leads, and hindrances, Quickly attain supreme and common siddhis. The three essences, the meaning of the profound essence, Through the ultimate essence of Bodhicitta, In an instant, the clear light of Samadhi arises. Through the profound and ultimate wish-fulfilling essence, Transforming adverse conditions into the path, converging into a single expanse of bliss. Through the transference, the profound clear light essence, Connecting the bardo's fearlessness to the primordial state. These three syllables are the innermost secret essence, The ultimate quintessence of Tantra, Agama, and Upadesha, Do not show them to others, associate with them joyfully yourself. Obtain the secret seal in the auspicious box, It is essential to practice diligently day and night. The three mirrors accomplish both the present and future benefits. Through the mirror of mindfulness that introduces the essence, One gains confidence in this life and liberation in the bardo. Through the mirror of mindfulness that clarifies the signs of death, The yogi seizes the time to abandon the aggregates (475). Through the profound mirror that averts death, It shows the appearance of this life, where leisure and opportunity abide long. These three secret syllables of great method, Hold them dearly in your mind as companions for practice. These are the oral transmission with letters, The supreme pith instructions of the scriptural transmission. Since it is mainly the key to liberation in this life, Those of good fortune should strive diligently day and night. This secret oral transmission without letters, Is the genuine oral transmission of a single school of thought, Mainly showing the key to liberation in the bardo, Although named the secret sphere of Thigle, It is said that this is related in meaning to those with written characters. 开示中有之间的教导。 小耳传，以智慧自显现， 主要阐明此生的修持。 中耳传，以光明自显现， 清晰地阐明中阴的认识教导。 大耳传，以究竟意义自显现， (476)阐明所有这些的后盾之法。 这三个大秘密意义之文字， 一个与一个相连，完整非常珍贵。 如今特别此耳传甚深， 请修持此极甚深精华之义。 必能成就中阴光明精华。 对于持有这些的法藏者， 胜者持明依次口耳相传， 誓言者如海虽不可量， 主要对于护法大秘密决定者， 以空行母秘密修法心之剃刀， 降伏与自及护法相违者。 以曜气秘密修法毒之剃刀， 将他方敌军化为灰尘。 以誓言者秘密修法命之剃刀， 以显现行为解脱损害之敌。 因此，稀有之修法仪轨三， 口诀窍诀实修安排， 不要放在书本上，努力修持事业。 恒常供养赞颂，酬补供养令欢喜， 所想之事立即如意成就。 我曾先修，令上师欢喜， 通达续部、教言(477)和口诀。 知晓所有词义，见到窍诀要点， 知晓内外宗义所有意义。 知晓新旧密咒大秘密意义。 因此精通究竟意义精华之理。 特别是殊胜秘密大圆满之， 大秘密决定的续部之王十七部， 以及它的口诀一百一十九个。 极其甚深的四部法本之， 精华浓缩，词少义精， 于如意宝王之甚深精要中， 作成五十一法类。 此处完整开示极甚深要点。 后世具缘教导求义者众， 不要增减，执持此法。 若有增减，因有人篡改， 务必与根本目录相符。 若以前面的口诀精华足够， 但那些数量多且完整难得一见。 不能聚集一起，多且难以清理。

For those who hold the treasury of dharma of these, The victorious vidyadharas have successively entrusted, The ocean of oath-bound ones, though immeasurable, Primarily for the protectors, the great secret determiners, With the heart-razor of the secret practice of the mothers, Subjugate those who contradict oneself and the dharma protectors. With the poison-razor of the secret practice of Rahula, Scatter the enemy forces of others into dust. With the life-razor of the secret practice of the oath-bound ones, Liberate the harming enemies through manifest action. Therefore, these three rare practice texts, With oral instructions, pith instructions, and practical arrangements, Do not leave them on the shelf, strive in approach, accomplishment, and activity. Always make offerings, praises, fulfillments, and propitiations, Whatever is desired will be immediately accomplished like a wish-fulfilling jewel.
