In Acharya Umapati's 'Method of Accomplishment of the Sow', it says: 'Here, the Lama's instructions, such as the mantras of the extremely wrathful mother, the first 'ཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, हूँ, hum, Hum) is short, and the second is long.'
