When the yoga is expanded, bless the eyes with the vajra of ignorance, bless the objects such as form as Gauri. When the eyes see form, contemplate Gauri offering to the vajra of ignorance, and bless and enjoy the skandhas in the manner of aspiration and so on. In brief, with the firm pride of 'I am the supreme mother', contemplate all that is seen as the form of the goddess, all sounds as the form of mantra, and enjoy them. Yoga of Food: In the yoga of food, touch the food with the thumb and forefinger of the left hand, and bless the food as nectar by saying 'Om Ah Hum' (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हुं,梵文罗马拟音:om ah hum,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽). Contemplate a mandala of fifteen goddesses in the heart, or just the supreme heroine Chikpa, or even just the letter 'ཨཾ་' (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:am,汉语字面意思:藏文种子字) itself as the essence of all deities. Contemplate flames burning from the navel to the throat, with the deity residing in the center. The mouth is the stove, the two hands are contemplated as spoons, and enjoy the food in the manner of an inner fire offering. The expanded yoga of torma (food offering) and offering is related to the front generation, similar to the aspect of the supreme father. The abbreviated torma is as follows: arrange all available items in front, and purify by reciting 'Om Amrita Kundali Hana Hana Hum Phat' (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཀུཎྜ་ལི་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄,梵文天城体:ओम् अमृत कुण्डलि हन हन हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:om amrita kundali hana hana hum phat,汉语字面意思:嗡 甘露 军荼利 击 击 吽 啪). Contemplate a very vast skull cup filled with the five meats and five nectars by reciting 'Om' (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:嗡), contemplate the forehead pointing towards oneself. Contemplate the substances inside melting by reciting 'Ah' (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:ah,汉语字面意思:啊). Contemplate being filled with wisdom nectar, perfect in color, smell, taste, and power by reciting 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hum,汉语字面意思:吽). Then, instantly invite all worldly and transworldly guests, and contemplate them filling the ten directions. Recite: From the 'ཨྃ་' (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:am,汉语字面意思:藏文种子字) in the heart, light radiates and touches them, transforming all guests into the mandala of fifteen selflessness goddesses, filling all ten directions. Then, contemplate the tongues of the deities consuming the torma through the vajra tubes. Recite 'Om A Karo Mukham Sarva Dharmanam Adya Nutpanna Tvad Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha' (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཎཾ་ཨདྱ་ནུཏྤནྣ་ཏྭད་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄་སྭཱཧཱ,梵文天城体:ओम् अ करो मुखं सर्व धर्माणां अद्य अनुत्पन्न त्वात् ओम् आः हुं फट् स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:om a karo mukham sarva dharmanam adya anutpanna tvad om ah hum phat svaha,汉语字面意思:嗡 阿 是诸法之口,因其原始未生 嗡 阿 吽 啪 梭哈) three, seven, or twenty-one times, contemplating pleasing them. Again, from the 'ཨྃ་' (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:am,汉语字面意思:藏文种子字) in the heart, light radiates and touches the guests, transforming all guests into tiny bindus, then these bindus become smaller and smaller, eventually dissolving into emptiness, contemplating all guests having departed into the Dharmadhatu. I, with the meditation of the selfless mother... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Having remembered for a moment, sing the Vajra Song, recite the auspicious prayer, and dispose of the Torma offering in a clean place. Regarding the sleeping yoga, in the first three sessions, mainly conduct the practice with the pride of integrating everything into the main deity. In the evening session, from the three realms, gather the retinue of Dakinis, the process is the same as before, but integrate the main deity into the ཨྃ(Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om)in the heart. The ཨྃ(Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om)also integrates into the Bindu, and the Bindu also gradually becomes subtle until it is invisible, and then fall asleep with the meditation of the Selfless Mother. Then, in the morning, also rise with the pride of the Selfless Mother and enter the session. Here it is said: The actual Vajradhara and the venerable Sakya, the profound quick path is the essence of all hearts, this Dakini practice with five perfections and three perfections, practicing properly will quickly attain omniscience. It is in accordance with the infallible words of the upper ones, neither too verbose nor too concise, expressing all the contents with few words, whoever understands this kind of realization is wise. Protected by the undisputed master, the eye of wisdom that understands the scriptures is clear, therefore, here all the wise ones should regard this as the standard, this is my biography. With the merit of this effort, may I and the disciples, at this time, have longevity and be free from illness, and may the Dharma flourish, and in the future be reborn in the pure land of Sukhavati, and there fulfill the two benefits. This is the 'Fifteen Deity Selfless Vajrayogini Sadhana - Clear Elucidation without Error', by Jampel Punyaindra, the King of Dharma of the Three Realms, and the hidden yogi, the great Bodhisattva, the mantra holder Drakpa Lodro, and Musapa Chenpo Dorje Chang Sangye Gyaltsen, who sees the three times without obstruction, placing their lotus feet on the crown of the head as an ornament, Sakya layman with good fortune, the supreme vehicle yogi Ngawang Kunga Sonam Drakpa Gyaltsen Palsangpo, for the convenience of those humble seekers to copy and hold. Based on the sadhana composed by the venerable Rinpoche, and the explanatory catalog composed by Kunkhyen, and the commentary composed by Ngorchen Konchok Lhundrup, etc., and the body mandala text composed by Ngari Tsultrim Ozer, and the oral transmission records of many direct disciples of Dorje Chang Kunga Sangpo, the omniscient one of the time of strife.
