Hands in vajra fists, tightly clenched, crossed at the heart, fingers interlocked. Toes also tightly curled, tongue in its natural position. Eyes look upwards. Teeth aligned. Lips parted. Exhale. Utter 'Ha Ha' loudly. Body in vajra posture. Hands placed on knees. Spine straightened. Neck slightly bent, guided by the sound 'Ha', force drawn inwards with the sound 'Hal'. This is the conduct of the vase goddess. Place the shanks slowly on the ground, extend the legs. Slightly lift the upper body. Extend the arms, supporting with muscles and strength. Exhale. Transforming into a vajra stake: Assume the vajra posture, place the fists on the ground, lift the body into the air, then slam it onto the ground. This is the method. The bliss bindu of the secret place: Let the breath flow naturally, open and close the lotus. When opening, push outwards slowly. When closing, contract inwards forcefully. Aim: The merits are clearly stated in the scriptures. The elephant's bellow of the four animal transformations: In conjunction with drawing inwards with the sound 'hing', the lower abdomen heats up, contracting upwards is key. Aim: Visualize the bindu of the secret place aligning with the navel chakra. Tiger's roar: Tongue not touching the palate, slightly stinging the throat. In conjunction with the sound 'ngur', draw the breath inwards and rub along the spine, pulling upwards. Visualize the bindus of the navel chakra aligning with the heart chakra. Beast vomiting: Draw the breath inwards slowly with the sound 'Ha', forcefully draw the lower air upwards with the sound 'Hag'. Aim: Visualize the bindu of the heart chakra aligning with the throat chakra. Sniffing like a fox: Slightly bend the neck, inhale slowly through the nose, move the head back and forth twice, then inhale forcefully at once. Lift the head forcefully and tilt it back. Aim: Visualize the bindu of the throat chakra aligning with the crown chakra. For all four postures: Legs in vajra posture, hands placed on knees. Straighten the back, bend the head forward, slightly bend the neck when straightening, then straighten the chin and look upwards. These postures are performed one after another.

Following the guidance of the air, make a strong 'Hik' sound, bringing the ribs close to the abdomen. When the 'Ka' sound is made, the air is forcefully expelled. When practicing this, do not exceed twenty 'Hik' sounds. In actual application, it will increase by twenty-one. Long Hum short Hum, leaning forward: sit in the lotus position with both legs, and place both hands on the knees. Cross the hands. Inhale through the mouth, straighten the spine, bend the neck, and inhale long and continuously three times from the right nostril, while guiding the air to the lower abdomen and upper abdomen, this is long Hum. Exhale with a 'Sang Sang' sound, three times continuously, this is short Hum. Similarly, one should also understand the left and middle situations. The content of the visualization is already clarified in the scriptures. Rotate the body like a wooden stake: sit in the lotus position with both legs, place both hands on the knees, close them together, and then from top to bottom, the waist and three places (referring to the three parts of the body) rotate to the left and right in a peculiar way. Regarding the central channel, there are many different views. Some believe that its lower end is inserted into the secret place. According to the Lamdre school, its lower end reaches about four fingers width below the navel. The life force is located in front of the central channel, existing in a way that possesses four virtues, flowing out from the Brahma aperture, extending downwards at the perineum, and the upper end reaching the space between the eyebrows. They believe that at the time of death, it will disappear like a rainbow, becoming invisible. Some believe that once the breath enters the central channel, it will not return. The worldly path, and at the time of death, the breath enters the central channel and returns. At those times, the breath entering the lower end of the central channel will produce excellent samadhi, but it is not stable. It is said that only when the first knot is untied, and the breath and bodhicitta enter, can one attain the path of seeing, and it will not return. Regarding the disappearance of flowers in the sky in the signs of death: the eyes gaze at the clear sky, the eyeballs do not move, and looking at the sky in this way will produce a blurred vision, which is the flowers. Regarding the body posture of eating the sky in the deception of death: take a small lotus position. Place both hands on the knees. Open the mouth and inhale silently. Regarding the body posture of transference of consciousness: place both hands on the back of the head. Bring the two elbows together in front. Tie the two stiff bodies together. In general, the way all self-doctrines exist is emptiness, possessing the three states of arising, ceasing, and abiding, and being free from all extremes of elaboration. When practicing, two situations of dullness and agitation will arise, and if they are not eliminated, even if one practices for a long time, there will be no effect, therefore the method to eliminate them is: maintain the correct body posture, and make awareness full of vitality. The eyes look straight ahead, without looking at anything. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
