Thus say. Invoking and proclaiming the crimes is: Hum Bhya! Please listen, Buddhas and Sugatas of the ten directions! Please listen, root and lineage lamas! Please listen, yidam deity assembly! Please listen, dakinis and dharma protectors! Please listen, glorious goddess and retinue! Please listen, great arrogant lords of death! Please listen, assembly of glorious protectors and arrogant ones! Please listen, gods, nagas, and local deities of existence! Please listen, protectors of the place! I, the yogi, have no fault or mistake. This oath-breaker, enemy, sinner, and evil-doer, initially destroyed the sacred Buddha's teachings, in the middle practiced the ten non-virtuous actions, and finally rose as an enemy to me, the yogi. This harmful spirit, male and female demon, initially violated the vows of the Sugatas, in the middle severed the life force of all sentient beings, and finally became hostile and harmful to me, the vidyadhara. Please look with the eye of wisdom and discern good and evil, separate and guide punishment with miraculous power, liberate enemies, obstacles, and evil deeds with the power of ability, transfer consciousness to the dharmadhatu with the force of compassion. The distinction with the gods is: Hum Bhya! Gods and protectors who protect oath-breaking enemies and obstacles, great father and mother deities, listen to the command! If you shelter and protect this oath-breaking enemy, sinner, and evil-doer, your vows will be broken. Subjugating the oath-breaker and protecting the oath-keeper, have you forgotten the reversal of command and oath? Therefore, the curse will fall upon yourselves. If you do not listen to the command, and shelter and protect, you yourselves will be destroyed into dust by the great emanation. Hum Bhya!
