By offering white mustard seeds, fulfill the commitment; grant the accomplishment of increasing retinue, subjects, disciples. By erecting a peacock banner, fulfill the commitment; grant the accomplishment of uninterrupted life. By offering the heart of a cat, fulfill the commitment; grant the accomplishment of showing signs of practice. By offering the heart of a black donkey, fulfill the commitment; grant the accomplishment of possessing happiness and joy in possessions. By offering the heart of one killed by a sword for disobeying orders, fulfill the commitment; grant the accomplishment of completing all entrusted tasks. Hūṃ bhyaḥ! From the sky above the crown of the head, the lord of the authentic, great, glorious family, surrounded by the gurus of the three roots lineage, fulfill, offer, fulfill the commitment. Fulfill the commitment with the glorious torma, fulfill the commitment with nectar medicine, fulfill the commitment with red rakta, fulfill the commitment with food and drink offerings, fulfill the commitment with a feast of delicacies, fulfill the commitment with outer, inner, and secret offerings. Especially, the supreme substances for fulfillment are: fulfill the commitment with human skin and sheep land, fulfill the commitment with skull garlands and human heads, fulfill the commitment with tiger and leopard skins, fulfill the commitment with piles of great ashes, fulfill the commitment with drops of rakta, fulfill the commitment with finger-bone grease, fulfill the commitment with lion and elephant skins, fulfill the commitment with bone ornaments and jewels, fulfill the commitment with crest banners and silk, fulfill the commitment with lotus, sun, and moon, fulfill the commitment with lifeless men and women, fulfill the commitment with blazing fire of destruction, fulfill the commitment with knife and skull implements, fulfill the commitment and grant accomplishments. Confess transgressions, sins, and obscurations. The vows of individual liberation, the training of the mind of enlightenment, and the samaya of secret mantra, all violations and breakages, I acknowledge and regret. Grant the supreme accomplishment of Brahma. Hūṃ bhyaḥ! From the mandala of the body of Machig, emanated Ḍākinīs from the body, riding mules, donkeys, and so on, extremely wrathful, holding spear banners and skull blood, dark in color, surrounded by hundreds of thousands. Possessions that are held as one's own fulfill the vows! Offerings that are properly prepared fulfill the vows! Wealth that is achieved through selflessness fulfills the vows! Silk, cloth, cotton, and wool fulfill the vows! Many fruits and medicines fulfill the vows! Many rice, beans, and grains fulfill the vows! Many meats, wines, and foods fulfill the vows!
