He possesses the power of the seven royal treasures, subduing the unruly with the might of the royal family, bestowing goodness on the virtuous, and punishing the wicked. Discriminating between Dharma and non-Dharma, he protects the Sutras and Tantras. The king's laws are strict, and the Dharma's precepts are severe. Temples and monasteries are based on Lungwen Bendhe (Tibetan place name), spreading the Shangpa Kagyu teachings of secret mantras in all directions. Expelling the deceitful, he tames and protects the northern people, becoming the lord of heaven and earth. This divine son, whose retinue is all around, is an emanation of a Bodhisattva with great wisdom. If the obstacle of one Gongpo (Tibetan: འགོང་སྤྲུལ།, Sanskrit:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal meaning:) does not arise, he will become the source of happiness for Tibet, appearing as the protector of beings. Rich in wealth and the ten powers, he will encounter this Dharma, and definite renunciation, pure vision, and increasing faith will arise. At that time, evil-doers will appear in the retinue, and seven oath-breaking demon brothers will transform into humans, using any means to deceive and harm. Rede Gonyak will emanate as the name of auspiciousness; Naring Langdong will emanate as the name of joy; Triti Birdface will emanate as the name of horse; Shari Tigerface will emanate as the name of noble; Dunti Dogface will emanate as the name of life; Mukha Owlface will emanate as the name of wealth; Trota Lightning will emanate as the name of speech. Coming from Hor, Sok, U-Tsang, Lho, Kong, and Kham, and even though many other demon emanations may arise, they will respect the Sutras and Tantras, and propitiate the protectors. Accomplish the four activities according to my command. Restore temples and monasteries, propagate the teachings, lift mountain bans and wind bans, and liberate the lives of sentient beings. Pacify border conflicts, repair damaged areas. On the tenth day of each month, hold gatherings for confession and recitation of Mani (Tibetan: མ་ཎི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मणि, Romanized Sanskrit: maṇi, Literal meaning: Jewel) recitations, and offer sacrifices to local deities and praise to war gods. Restore the three Vajra Seats of Tibet, and bury Naga offerings and heart treasures in all directions.
