I, starting from the word "I." To the deities of the Vidyadhara Longevity Mandala, I prostrate and praise with body, speech, and mind in reverence. Having praised in this way, visualize that all the deities have bodies like mountains of pure gold, surrounded by the light of billions of suns, and from their bodies radiate infinite rays of light, causing all the virtues and qualities of oneself and others to increase greatly without remainder, and be pleased with this activity.
