To the assembly of Ḍākinīs who subdue Māras, I offer the five desirable qualities and the five aggregates, the five elements and the five nectars, the five meats, and so on. Please accept the offering of the great meat of delusion, please accept the offering of the bones of hatred, please accept the offering of the blood of desire, please accept the offering of the brain of pride, please accept the offering of the bile of jealousy. I offer all appearances to the body, I offer all sounds to the speech, I offer all thoughts and concepts to the mind. Hūṃ! Inside the vast Bhāṇḍa vessel, with the essence of grains, meat, and blood Baliṃta, adorned with a thousand kinds of grains and a thousand kinds of blood, a thousand kinds of meat, I offer. In order to fulfill the vows of the assembly of Ḍākinīs who subdue Māras, please accept! Hūṃ Vajra Ḍākini Siṃha Muṣa Harinisa Mahā Baliṃta La Kharaṃ Khāhi Khāhi! Hūṃ! In the supreme vessel of the self-arisen Bhāṇḍa, adorned with the nectar that is primordially pure. Hūṃ Vajra Ḍākini Siddha Muṣa Harinisa Sarva Pañca Aṃṛta La Kharaṃ Khāhi Khāhi! Hūṃ! In the burning circle of the skull, I spread a great ocean of red blood. I offer this offering of red Rakta to the assembly of Ḍākinīs who subdue Māras! Hūṃ Vajra Ḍākini Siṃha Muṣa Harinisa Mahā Rakta Bhāsura Ta Khāhi Khāhi! Ninth, praising: Hūṃ! Protectors of the assembly, with the four that please: unshakable command, binding, restraining, and delight. To all the deities remaining in the mandala, I prostrate and praise with reverence in body, speech, and mind. The order of approaching and accomplishing is: to act according to the sadhana. Hūṃ vajra ḍākkinī siṃhamukha harinisa sarva samaya citta hrīṃ ja siddhi hūṃ. Without interruption of human speech, it should be recited according to the occasion. Samaya! Gya gya gya! The third, the eleven subsequent sections are: blessing the tsok, distributing the tsok remains, offering leftovers and torma, horse dance, departure of the deities, reciting auspicious words, dissolving the generation stage, and dedicating aspirations. Samaya! Gya gya gya! First, blessing the tsok is: arranging the meat and alcohol tsok according to availability, sprinkling cleansing water, and moistening with nectar. Hūṃ! Through the samadhi of the demon-subduing dakini, purify the faults and defilements of the tsok, bless it as wisdom nectar, and manifest a dense cloud of desirable offerings. Raṃ yaṃ khaṃ! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā! Second, distributing the tsok remains is: Hūṃ! This offering of delicious tsok, to the demon-subduing black-faced lion, the three roots, dakinis, and dharma protectors, I offer this offering, please partake. Hūṃ vajra ḍākkinī siṃhamukha harinisa ghana cakra pūca khāhi khāhi! The activity of wrath is: Hūṃ! Wisdom dakini, demon-subduing mother, supreme son Vajrakīlaya, merely by glancing, the three realms tremble and the three existences are disturbed. Even the gods like Brahma are destroyed, what need is there to mention enemies and obstacles? These enemies and obstacles that fill the ten directions, with the fierce and violent power of wrath, liberate them into the expanse of great wisdom. Hūṃ vajra ḍākkinī siddha mukha harinisa vajra kīli kīlāya hūṃ phaṭ! The offering is: Hūṃ! Through the power of the deity, mantra, and samadhi, the flesh, blood, and bones of the slain enemies and obstacles, to the demon-subduing glorious dakini, and all the emanations and further emanations, this supreme offering that generates uncontaminated joy, a mountain piled with the great meat of ignorance, please partake with majestic power. A sea of play filled with the blood of desire, please partake with magnificent power. A gravel pit filled with the bones of hatred, please partake with fierce power.
