ཧོཿ 珍宝右旋洁白圆满具妙音，甘露宝瓶如意妙饰作庄严，如意宝藏出生内藏吉祥结，不朽之法幢幡极其坚稳固，摧毁有海罗网之轮是也，缘起之征吉祥八瑞此供养，敬献善逝诸佛连同诸佛子，以大悲心垂念利益诸有情，愿诸有情享用吉祥与荣华。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 普扎 萨瓦 梭哈（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་པཱུ་ཙ་སརྦ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत पूजा सर्व स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata pūjā sarva svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，供养，一切，梭哈）。赞颂：金刚萨埵诸佛之意，不住之大智慧得自在，以大悲力救度诸有情，金刚萨埵尊前我顶礼赞。法身犹如虚空无有别，色身犹如彩虹各自分明，于胜方便智慧得自在，五部善逝之前我顶礼赞。五浊恶世轮回之轮中，见诸有情为痛苦所逼迫，以大悲心摧毁痛苦之轮，大悲自性者前我顶礼赞。为令有情成熟与解脱故，安住有情界中而行持，然如莲花般不为贪所染，于贪欲清净自性我敬礼。有情贫乏为法所困乏，堕入无明黑暗之中者，以圣者七财令彼等满足，智慧明灯者前我顶礼赞。沉溺于有情轮回大海中，以大悲方便智慧置于舟，送往寂静珍宝洲岛彼岸，一切之导师前我皆敬礼。有情沉溺于业力之河中，以胜法甘露之桥而救度，令与八支圣道相结合者，语之自在主前我顶礼赞。 ༈ 祈请： 噫玛 噫玛 大密坛城之主尊，百部之主宰具德金刚萨，汝于修持及于誓言有缺犯，念诵及于持诵禅定有错谬，根本身语意三相违之业，衰损违犯错谬罪堕诸所有，于大智慧之界中皆忏悔，祈请纳受并赐梵天之悉地。

HRIH! Precious right-spiraling white and round, possessing melodious sound, A vase of nectar adorned with wish-fulfilling ornaments, A glorious knot of inner treasure arising from wish-granting jewels, A victory banner of the undying Dharma, supremely firm, A wheel that destroys the net of existence, These eight auspicious symbols of interdependence, I offer to the Sugata Buddhas together with their sons, Please consider the benefit of beings with compassion, May all beings enjoy auspiciousness and glory! Oṃ sarva tathāgata pūjā sarva svāhā (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་པཱུ་ཙ་སརྦ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत पूजा सर्व स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata pūjā sarva svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，供养，一切，梭哈). Seeing beings tormented by the wheel of suffering in the mandala of the five streams of samsara, Destroying the wheel of suffering with compassion, To you, the embodiment of compassion, I prostrate and praise! For the sake of maturing and liberating beings, You dwell and act in the realm of beings, Yet are pure like a lotus, unstained by attachment, To you, the nature of purified desire, I bow. Beings who are impoverished and destitute of Dharma, Who have gone into the darkness of ignorance, Satisfying them with the seven noble riches, To you, the lamp of wisdom, I prostrate and praise! Beings who are drowning in the ocean of samsara, Placing them in a boat of compassion, method, and wisdom, Carrying them to the peaceful, precious island, To that guide of all, I completely bow. Beings who are drowning in the river of karma, Saving them with a bridge of the nectar of the sacred Dharma, Connecting them to the eightfold noble path, To you, the master of speech, I prostrate and praise! ༈ Empowerment: Alas, alas, chief of the great secret mandala, Lord of the hundred families, glorious Vajrasattva, You who have vowed to approach and accomplish, Mistakes in mantra recitation and samadhi, Actions that contradict the root body, speech, and mind, All impairments, transgressions, errors, and downfalls, I confess and reveal in the expanse of great wisdom, Please accept and grant the siddhi of Brahma.

Om! From the vast mandala of the wisdom body, grant the yoga of the unborn body to the body. Ah! From the mandala of the sixty Brahma sounds of speech, grant the unobstructed sound of Dharma to the speech. Hum! From the vast mandala of the unerring mind, grant the wisdom of the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration, to the mind. Svaha! From the mandala of various qualities and desired wishes, grant the unmixed accomplishment of all knowable dharmas. Ha! From the mandala of the great activity of taming beings, grant the accomplishment of leading limitless beings. In short, in all my lifetimes, may the Protector hold me with compassion, purify the four obscurations, and may I easily attain the state of the four kayas. This is the verse for receiving accomplishments composed by Nyizul Rinpoche. May there be auspiciousness! Confession of misdeeds and supplication of wishes: Whatever wrong has been done by my foolish mind, may the Protector forgive all those who are the refuge of beings. I and all sentient beings represented by the patrons and the object of dedication, from beginningless samsara, confess all accumulated karma and afflictive obscurations, faults, and downfalls, vows of individual liberation, bodhicitta, and the root and branch samayas of mantra, all violations, breakages, and degenerations. May you purify the fields. May you grant the supreme and common excellent accomplishments as desired. May all sentient beings be liberated from the ocean of suffering of samsara and the lower realms, from the noose of Mara, the fear of Yama, and all the terrors of the bardo. Having purified sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls, may they attain the precious state of perfect enlightenment. May the source of benefit and happiness, the Buddha's teachings, flourish and spread, and may the holders of the teachings live long, and may the intentions of the superiors be fully developed and perfected. May the decline of the world be pacified, and may sentient beings have perfect happiness and well-being. May you pacify all the four hundred and four types of diseases, such as wind, bile, and phlegm, and the eighty thousand types of obstacles of myself and the patrons.
