This torma, inseparable from method and wisdom, Please accept it in the expanse of the three kāyas, And grant supreme and common siddhis. Oṃ Ārya Lokeśvara saparivāra arghaṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ आर्यालोकेश्वरसापरिवार अर्घं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āryalokeśvarasaparivāra arghaṃ，Meaning: Om Arya Lokeshvara and retinue, offering) to śapta sarva pañca rakta baliṅta pūca khāhi (藏文，梵文天城体：शप्त सर्व पञ्च रक्त बलिन्त पूज खाहि，梵文罗马拟音：śapta sarva pañca rakta balinta pūja khāhi，Meaning: Recite, all five blood torma puja khahi). Essence of all the Sugata Buddhas of all times and directions, Treasure of aimless compassion raining down the two siddhis, To the assembly of noble deities dispelling the darkness of ignorance, I praise with utmost reverence and devotion. From the vast expanse of the dharmadhātu sky, Supreme deities of the maṇḍala of victorious ones, Assembly of gurus, yidams, ṛṣis, and fire gods, Like excellent vases and wish-fulfilling jewels, Grant the siddhis of the four kinds of activities. Assembly of Amitābha, the protector, and the Kagyu gurus, Please grant the siddhi of the dharmakāya free from elaboration. Assembly of the noble Avalokiteśvara, the sambhogakāya, Please grant the siddhi of the great seal. Guru Padmasambhava, the nirmāṇakāya, Please grant the siddhi of immortal life. Wisdom fire god, master of all activities, Please grant the siddhi of pacifying diseases and evil spirits. Assembly of ḍākinīs, dharma protectors, wealth gods, and treasure lords, All supreme and common siddhis, Please grant them to me swiftly. Now, even if there are mistakes and errors in the mind, or excesses or deficiencies, or weak sounds, or incomplete items, or if one has not entered the realm of Samadhi, all misdeeds, transgressions, downfalls, sins, and obscurations, I confess! I pray for the granting of the supreme accomplishment of Brahma! Thus, the hundred-syllable mantra is recited to compensate for excesses and deficiencies. Om, may you accomplish all the purposes of sentient beings. Grant the accomplishment that is in accordance. I pray that you go to the realm of the Buddhas. And even after going to the realm of the Buddhas, I pray that you come again. Om Vajra Muh! Offer three times and pray for the desired purpose. Om Agnaye Saparivara Argham to Shapta, offer with. Hung! Great ascetic, fire god, blazing with splendor, beautiful to behold, master of all activities, compassionate one, I prostrate and praise with a respectful mind! Thus praise. Request to depart: Hung! By the power of meditating and practicing the Samadhi of the activity fire, from now until all lifetimes, whatever of the four activities is undertaken, may it be spontaneously accomplished, without effort, may the supreme and common be completely accomplished, may we enjoy the glory of the ocean of accomplishments! This peaceful burnt offering of the Great Compassionate One, dispelling the darkness of ignorance, called the Sun of Benefit and Happiness, is also the protector of the assembly of lineages, the incarnation of the supreme treasure revealer.
