为已逝者之子灌顶，愿获得断绝转生为人的权能。嗡 牟尼 耶 吽 札 梭哈。（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་མུ་ནེ་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃཿཏྲུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ मुनिये हुं त्रुं स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mune ye hūṃ truṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，牟尼，耶，吽，札，梭哈。）嗡 尼 比 夏 穆 夏 钦达 钦达 吽 啪。（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ནྲི་བྷི་ཤ་མུ་ཤ་ཚིནྡྷ་ཚིནྡྷ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ न्रि भि श मु श छिन्द छिन्द हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ nri bhi śa mu śa chinda chinda hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，尼，比，夏，穆，夏，钦达，钦达，吽，啪。） 举起名牌， “霍！听着，已逝、换身之子， 贪欲业力烦恼所用的果报， 轮回人世真是可怜啊！ 莫执着，前往解脱的净土， 莫迷恋，舍弃轮回人世间！” 如此说后，亲属拿着名牌顶礼： 那摩 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿瓦洛给德。（藏文：ན་མཿ སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ༔，梵文天城体：नमः सर्व तथागत अवलोकिते，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite，汉语字面意思：顶礼一切如来观自在。）嗡 桑巴ra 桑巴ra 吽。（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་སམ་བྷ་ར་སམ་བྷ་ར་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ सम्भर सम्भर हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，桑巴ra，桑巴ra，吽。） 如此说后，供养食子： “上师、三宝、圣众神， 诸佛菩萨一切众， 皈依处、坛城诸神众， 身语意三恭敬礼。 身语意三皆皈依， 生生世世罪障忏， 实物意幻作供养， 祈请法轮常运转， 一切善行皆随喜， 莫堕忧伤殷勤请， 为得菩提回向善。” 如此说后，在坛城门前八瓣白莲花上放置名牌，亲属坐在名牌旁说： “吽！无上秘密胜妙刹， 大悲怙主之宫殿， 祈请令我成熟得解脱， 金刚上师祈救护！” 念诵三遍，上师说： “吽！守护广大之宫门， 为以慈悲利有情， 令已逝者会本尊！” 如此说后，观想诸神众与已逝者相见，亲属复诵或想作已逝者说： “十方诸佛连同诸佛子， 祈请无余垂念于我等， 皈依救护三宝一切众， 我今恭敬虔诚而皈依。 别解脱戒菩提心戒， 安住殊胜戒律之中行。 三宝珍宝及世尊， 五部如来诸佛陀， 所有誓言皆真实护持。” 如此念诵三遍。 之后向坛城抛洒鲜花： “吽！菩提心之此鲜花， 供养坛城殊胜诸天神， 祈愿降临本尊诸神众！ 帕ra德 帕ra 匝 霍！”（藏文：པྲ་ཏི་པཱུ་ཙ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：प्रतिपूज हो，梵文罗马拟音：prati pūja ho，汉语字面意思：献供养！） 若降临四方，则金刚、珍宝、莲花、事业生妙力，四隅则大悲怙主持胜种。

Having conferred empowerment on the son of the deceased, may he obtain the power to sever the gateway to human rebirth. Oṃ muni ye hūṃ truṃ svāhā. (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་མུ་ནེ་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃཿཏྲུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ मुनिये हुं त्रुं स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mune ye hūṃ truṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Muni, Ye, Hum, Trum, Svaha.) Oṃ nri bhi śa mu śa chinda chinda hūṃ phaṭ. (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ནྲི་བྷི་ཤ་མུ་ཤ་ཚིནྡྷ་ཚིནྡྷ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ न्रि भि श मु श छिन्द छिन्द हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ nri bhi śa mu śa chinda chinda hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, Nri, Bhi, Sha, Mu, Sha, Chinda, Chinda, Hum, Phat.) Raising the name plaque, "Ho! Listen, son of the deceased who has changed bodies, The result of indulging in afflictions of desire and karma, The cycle of human existence is truly pitiable! Do not cling, strive for the realm of liberation, Do not be attached, abandon the human world!" Having said this, the relatives hold the name plaque and prostrate: Namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite. (藏文：ན་མཿ སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ༔，梵文天城体：नमः सर्व तथागत अवलोकिते，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite，汉语字面意思：Homage to all Tathagatas, the one who sees.) Oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ. (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་སམ་བྷ་ར་སམ་བྷ་ར་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ओँ सम्भर सम्भर हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Sambhara, Sambhara, Hum.) Having said this, offer the torma: "Guru, Three Jewels, noble deities, All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Refuge, mandala deities, I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind. I take refuge in body, speech, and mind, I confess all sins and obscurations from past lives, I offer actual and mentally created offerings, I urge you to turn the wheel of Dharma, I rejoice in all virtuous deeds, I implore you not to be saddened, I dedicate merit for the attainment of enlightenment." Having said this, place the name plaque on the eight-petaled white lotus in front of the mandala's gate, and the relatives sit next to the name plaque and say: "Hūṃ! In the supreme, secret, and excellent realm, In the palace of great compassion, I pray to be ripened and liberated, Vajra Master, I seek your protection!" Recite three times, and the master says: "Hūṃ! Guardian of the great palace gate, For the sake of benefiting beings with compassion, Unite the deceased with the yidam deity!" Having said this, visualize the deities meeting the deceased, and the relatives repeat or think that the deceased is saying: "Victorious ones of the ten directions, together with their sons, I beseech you to consider me completely, To all the refuges, the Three Jewels, I respectfully take refuge. Individual liberation, Bodhicitta, I abide in the supreme vows. The Three Jewels, precious and rare, And the five families of the victorious Bhagavan, I will also truly protect all the vows." Recite this three times. Then, scatter flowers on the mandala: "Hūṃ! This flower of Bodhicitta, I offer to the supreme deities of the mandala, May it descend upon the yidam deities! Prati pūja ho!" (藏文：པྲ་ཏི་པཱུ་ཙ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：प्रतिपूज हो，梵文罗马拟音：prati pūja ho，汉语字面意思：Offering!) If it falls in the four directions, then vajra, ratna, padma, karma, sprout forth with power. In the four intermediate directions, the compassionate ones hold the supreme lineage.
