消除污秽！ 遣除八部众的怖畏！ 所有疾病魔障都将寂灭！ 念诵累积黑痣之咒并沐浴，能消除食物、衣物、住所及仇怨、丧偶、邪誓、污秽等一切不净之染污！ 念诵不动佛陀之陀罗尼并沐浴，能净除造作五无间罪之罪业！ 读诵忏悔堕罪经并沐浴，能净除僧侣违犯戒律之罪障！ 读诵九乘次第道之忏悔文并沐浴，能清净进入九乘次第之瑜伽士们，因违犯誓言和分别念所染污之障碍！ 因此，大家都要沐浴！ 从沐浴之处向南方走一个眼界的距离，那里有邬金（莲花生大士）我所留下的足迹，这是未来众生祈祷的所依，具有虔诚信仰者向我祈祷，就能如愿获得成就！ 从那里向下走过一个呼喊声的距离，有一块像竖立起来的矮石，在那块石头下面埋藏着三个共同的小伏藏，供养伏藏守护神龙女后取出！ 在那块石头下面，一个眼界的距离处，有一块像帐篷一样，有门帘的白色巨石，那里有勇士空行母的命石伏藏，取出后会使此地的精华衰退，所以要重新加持后放回原处！ 从那块巨石向北一个眼界的距离处，有一块像初八的月亮从地上升起的石头，在那块石头下面有莲师我的成就之水！ 在那块石头里面，有一个装满甘露的长寿宝瓶作为伏藏，饮用此长寿之水，能长寿并平息障碍！ 从那块石头的根部向北方，抬头看一个呼喊声的距离，在像镜子一样光滑，像日轮一样圆形的岩壁上，自然显现着吉祥金刚萨埵寂静本尊坛城！ 从那块石头向南方看一个呼喊声的距离，在岩石的鸟巢里，自然显现着大悲观世音菩萨兄弟二尊！ 在那块石头前面，有一块平坦而宽阔的平地，被称为吉祥女的平地，是八大龙王的宫殿！ 在那块平地下面，被一道石墙环绕的外围，有一个像磨刀石一样的平地，那是十万龙女的宫殿！ 平地上的妃子天女

Eliminate defilements! Avert the fear of the eight classes of beings! May all diseases and demonic obstacles be pacified! Reciting the mantra of accumulated moles and bathing will eliminate all impure defilements such as food, clothing, shelter, grudges, widowhood, vows, and curses! Reciting the dharani of Akshobhya Buddha and bathing will purify the sins of committing the five heinous crimes! Reading the Sutra of Confession of Downfalls and bathing will purify the sins and obscurations of monks and nuns who have broken their vows! Reading the confession of the paths of the nine vehicles and bathing will purify the obscurations of yogis who have entered the nine vehicles and have suffered from broken vows and conceptual obscurations! Therefore, everyone should bathe! From the bathing place, go south for the distance of a sight, where there is the footprint left by Orgyen (Padmasambhava), which is the object of refuge for future beings to pray to. Those with devotion should pray to me and thus obtain the desired siddhis! From there, go down for the distance of a shout, there is a rock that looks like a short standing man. At the base of that rock, three common small treasures are hidden. Worship the treasure guardian dragon goddess and then take them out! Below that rock, at the distance of a sight, there is a white boulder that looks like a tent with a door curtain. There, the life stone treasure of the heroes and dakinis is located. Taking it out will diminish the essence of the place, so consecrate it again and put it back! From that boulder, go north for the distance of a sight, there is a rock that looks like the eighth-day moon rising from the ground. At the base of that rock, there is the accomplishment water of Padma (Padmasambhava)! Inside that rock, there is a long-life vase filled with nectar as a treasure. Drinking this long-life water will prolong life and pacify obstacles! From the base of that rock, look north for the distance of a shout, on the rock face that is as smooth as a mirror and as round as the sun, the peaceful deity assembly of glorious Vajrasattva naturally abides! From that rock, look south for the distance of a shout, in the bird's nest of the rock, the two compassionate Avalokiteshvara brothers naturally appear! In front of that rock, there is a flat and wide plain, called the Plain of Glorious Woman, which is the palace of the eight great nagas! It is called Yering. Beyond that plain, there is a place like the throat of a Rakshasa. There is my footprint there, and whatever prayers are made will be fulfilled. Below a large pool of water above that, there is a bathing pond for mothers and dakinis. From then on, each pool has a bathing pond, totaling thirteen. When I taught the Dharma to the worldly gods and nagas such as Brahma, Indra, and Delightful One, there are some traces left by them as a sign of their gathering here. Furthermore, there are also clear traces of mothers and dakinis performing religious dances, and worldly gods and demons beating joyful dances. Below that, in a place separated by rocks, there is a plain like a stretched animal hide, called the Human Skin Plain, which is the plain where the guardians of this place gather to deliberate. In the center of that plain, there is a bluish-black rock like an upright citta, with a reddish and majestic appearance. That is the citta (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, Literal Meaning: mind) that was thrown into the sky after the demon Dark Ender, the leader of the entourage, was subdued when the demon king Matram Rudra was subdued in the past. The hero Radiant One and the heroine Earth Guardian took it and placed it here as a sign that this place will never change, a lingam. On the surface of that rock, fifty blood-drinking deities and eight Sugata stupas naturally appear. Whatever prayers are made, various siddhis will be obtained. For the essence of the heart's blood, in front, behind, to the left, and to the right of that rock, there are some small statues that resemble the color of the rock itself, in which peaceful and wrathful gurus and many outer and inner deities naturally reside. On that very plain, a hero's stone skull will appear in the future. That is a sign that the time for the flourishing of the activities of this place has come. To the west of that plain, on the rock mountain that resembles an arrow feather, reside the guardians of this place, the Field-Protecting King Victorious White Skull, along with his entourage of eight classes and companions. If offered with incense and flesh and blood, protection and help will be received, obstacles will be cleared, and siddhis will be granted. Then, counting the six water holes of the rushing water, these are the palaces of the six Bhagavan Thupas. By bathing in and drinking the water, non-virtuous sins and downfalls are cleansed, and various obstacles are purified. In particular, the gates of rebirth in the six realms are cut off, and the six paramitas are attained.
