Name Good, Ratnasambhava, Golden Light, No Sorrow, Dharma Name, Manifest Wisdom, Medicine Buddha, Shakyamuni. May the eight Sugatas, who have perfected vast aspirations, bring auspiciousness. Thus, say auspicious words and scatter flowers. Third, for the purpose of requesting the heart empowerment, say the following: Homage to the great Vajradhara guru and the Sugata Bhagavan. Grant the ripening liberation of body, speech, and mind. I request the empowerment of blessings and wisdom. Having prayed in this way, the guru, visualizing as the eight Sugatas, emits from the heart syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，吽，hūṃ，吽), the same color as the deity, and the rays of light are also the same color, the touch is hot, the nature is swift, many like shooting stars in the sky. Meditate that you are clearly visualized as the deity, and when struck by the light, you become the great emptiness without object, and remain without fabrication. The guru raises the hand implement into the sky and utters the sound Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，吽，hūṃ，吽) three times, and remains in equipoise. Again, like a bubble bursting from water, or like a rainbow appearing from space, in an instant you are clearly visualized as the body of the Sugata, with a cluster of the seed syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，吽，hūṃ，吽) at the crown of the head, the same color, endowed with splendor, and by this empowerment, contemplate that you have received the inconceivable secret empowerment of the Sugata's heart. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，吽，hūṃ，吽). The essence of the true heart of all the victorious Sugatas is the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，吽，hūṃ，吽). In the form of a cluster, endowed with light and splendor, by empowering the fortunate son of the lineage, may you receive the empowerment of the Sugata's heart. namaḥ sarva tathāgata citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ (梵文：namaḥ sarva tathāgata citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ， Homage! All Tathagata Mind! Consecrate! Hūṃ!) Give the cluster at the heart or crown of the head. Name Good, Ratnasambhava, Golden Light, No Sorrow, Dharma Name, Manifest Wisdom, Medicine Buddha, Shakyamuni. By this, you have received the three empowerments of body, speech, and mind of the eight Sugatas. Again, thinking of requesting the complete empowerment, say the following: Homage to the great Vajradhara guru and the Sugata Bhagavan. Grant the ripening liberation of body, speech, and mind.

Having prayed in this way, may this torma, surrounded by the Eight Sugatas and all their retinue of Bodhisattvas and Arhats, come upon the crowns of your heads and bless you. Through this blessing, may you have the faith to receive all the compassion and blessings of the aspirations and intentions of past prayers in this very instant. Through the power of the compassion and blessings of the empowerment of the Bhagavan, the King of Medicine, may the world be filled with light, may beings be endowed with excellent marks, may the light of the body dispel the fear of darkness, may the mind remember and enjoy perfect abundance and happiness, may the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas be led to the path of the Great Vehicle, may all who keep the precepts be completely purified, may even the fallen not fall into the lower realms, may all those with defective faculties have complete faculties and be happy, may those afflicted by disease, those without protectors, and those tormented by hunger and poverty be freed from disease and suffering, may women be freed from the state of being women, may those with wrong views be led to right views, may they be freed from the fear of royal punishment and other fears, may the hungry and thirsty obtain food and drink, may the old and helpless obtain food and clothing, and so on. I pray that these great aspirations, kindness, compassion, and blessings may be obtained by these vajra disciples until enlightenment. May the harm from the eight fears be pacified. May fighting and disputes be eliminated. May those who embark on boats and rivers be saved from the fear of water. May all these great aspirations, the kindness, compassion, and blessings, be attained by all these Vajra disciples until enlightenment. Please grant your blessings. Through the power of the compassion and blessings of the empowerment of the Bhagavan, the Wise, Glorious, Melodious King, may wealth increase by purifying the accumulation of negative deeds in agriculture and commerce. May they be liberated from the suffering of the four births. May the gates of female birth be cut off. May the enemies of death and suffering be eliminated. May they be saved from the fear of darkness and demons. May they turn away from actions that deviate from the Dharma and engage in the Dharma. May they turn away from the Hearers and Solitary Realizers and engage in the Great Vehicle. May they be saved from the fear of the fire that destroys the great aeon and be born in their own pure land. May all these great aspirations, the compassion and blessings, be attained by all these Vajra disciples until enlightenment. Please grant your blessings. Through the power of the compassion and blessings of the empowerment of the Bhagavan, Golden, Excellent, Stainless, Jewel-like Light, Ascetic Accomplished King, may those who are short-lived due to the sin of killing live long. May those who are poor due to theft and robbery be freed from hunger and poverty. May they be freed from the fear of battle. May they be free from the sin of breaking vows. May all these great aspirations, the kindness, compassion, and blessings, be attained by all these Vajra disciples until enlightenment. Please grant your blessings. Through the power of the compassion and blessings of the empowerment of the Bhagavan, Sorrowless, Supreme, Glorious King, may they be freed from all sorrow and suffering. May they be saved from the fear of the hot and cold hells. May they be freed from hunger and poverty and possess abundant desired objects. May the harm of yakshas, rakshasas, and elemental spirits be pacified. May all these great aspirations, the kindness, compassion, and blessings, be attained by all these Vajra disciples.
