Because it is pervasive, it is always acknowledged, and if not acknowledged, there will be a threefold accumulation between contradictions. In this way, if impermanence is a thing, then if it is a thing, it is pervaded by impermanence, because there is no impermanence that is not a thing. In this way, there will be a common basis of permanence and reality, that is, it is permanent and also impermanent, therefore the basis of permanence and reality is the same. That which is not permanent is not permanent, but is permanent. Although impermanence is pervaded by not being permanent, if it is not permanent, it is not pervaded by impermanence. If it is said to establish what is not permanent, then if the distinction between yes and no is applied here, there will be something that is not permanent but also not inverted, and is also permanent, that is, establishing what is not permanent. In this way, it is both inverted and not inverted from being permanent. Auspicious! If it is not the general characteristic of a vase, then from the general characteristic of a vase, it is both inverted and not inverted. In this way, there will be a threefold accumulation between contradictions, and it will be acknowledged that there is a common basis of contradictions. This is the essence. This is important. Auspicious! Through the way of mixing appearance and examination, in order to speak all terms, although the ways of expression and terms are diverse, if one examines well, the general meaning and the self-characteristic meaning, the respective objects of application depend on understanding. If one distinguishes the ways of applying words and meanings, then one will not be confused in speaking of establishment and refutation, and relying on words to examine meanings, one will become the best of the wise in all places. For the general characteristic of a vase and the general characteristic of a golden vase, examine whether the signs of general and specific are established or not. If they are established, then it is not a general characteristic, and if they are not established, then examine whether there will be a contradiction in acknowledgment. Because it is necessary to acknowledge that knowable and contradictory related generalities are permanent, these must be unconditioned dharmas. If you ask which of the four it belongs to, then it belongs to the negation of non-examination, because those that are established by examination are permanent, although they are not dharmas, they are momentary, because they are not existent or substantial. Are those born and ceased by the nature of substance? Or are they blocked by the nature of substantial existence? The vase is not the general characteristic of the vase, etc. Combining the differences between the vase and the vase for comparison, everything is not just a vase, but the vase is a thing, is impermanent, and is not different from the vase, etc. It is said that there are many that are the nature of that entity.

It is necessary to do so. The pot is not the general pot, etc., all expressions with sound should be repeated, saying the pot is not the general pot, etc. The general pot is not the pot, etc., should be mixed and examined. From the opposite of all names, the pot is also a thing. In this way, it is impossible to say one "is." Therefore, as far as words can express, the pot is not the general pot, so the signs of general and specific do not hold. Although saying "is not" holds, it is only words. Just like there is no horn, even if you say "is not" is a horn, it is only words, but in reality, because there is no horn, it is impossible to have a horn. The pot is not the cause of the pot, etc., should be examined. Does what is not the cause of the pot hold for the general pot? Etc., need to be examined. The name "horn" is just a term of expression. If there is no it, it is impossible to express existence. Similarly, the two are, etc., should also be combined. It must be used as a term for no horn. There is also meaning. It must be used as a term for thing, cessation, and non-cessation. Meaning and term should be separated and examined. If it is a thing, it is already produced, if it is not a thing, it is not a thing. Similarly, the existence of a thing, non-cessation, existence as a substance, etc., although it is so, in the term of expressing intention, the thing is not produced, produced, the thing exists or not, the thing ceases or does not cease, the substance of the thing exists, the substance of the thing does not exist, and also the thing that has been produced, the thing that has not been produced, the thing that exists, the thing that does not exist, the thing that has ceased, the thing that has not ceased, the thing that exists as a substance, etc., are expressed, just as they can be understood in the term of expressing intention. In this way, if you grasp the thing in general without distinguishing the differences, or if you grasp the differences, such as this pot is a thing, or targeting the past pot, say the pot has ceased. If you ask a person if they have a mole, they will admit they do, because a person may have a mole, so they say they always do. If it is a person, it is not necessarily that they have a mole. What is impossible is admitted to be non-existent, just like a rabbit has no horns, a turtle has no fur, and a barren woman has no child. The Buddha is also the same. If you say your hometown is like the city of a barren woman's child and then throw ashes, ask: Why? If you say that you think the truth of the term should be denied by the analysis of meaning, then, the pot as a subject, is targeted by the analysis of meaning.
