It is the severance of the opposing factors of the six perfections that become obstacles to receiving, such as the defilements of stinginess and so on. With great compassion, the holy being who courageously enters into accomplishing the temporary and ultimate benefit of sentient beings should listen, the so-called "peaceful" or "extinguished" nature, that is, the union of the realization of emptiness and compassion, which makes the continuum extinguished, the path of the great beings, the profound Prajñāpāramitā, is beyond the scope of the Śrāvakas and so on, and is the scope of the heroes, the Bodhisattvas, in both simultaneous and subsequent attainment, which is the meaning of "should listen." In general, the result of the Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas also arises from the realization of the emptiness of the self of persons and so on, and the corresponding emptinesses respectively. Therefore, when generally speaking of the greatness of the qualities of realizing emptiness, it is said to be the sole mother who gives birth to the four noble ones. And, the complete Prajñāpāramitā that realizes the equality of all dharmas is the uncommon cause of Buddhahood itself, therefore, with that reasoning, the ultimate establishment of the one vehicle and so on, many key points must be understood. Secondly, each of the three, example, meaning, and reason, are explained one by one. As shown in verses such as "In this Jambudvipa." As previously said, the Prajñāpāramitā to be listened to is the uncommon scope of the heroes, the Bodhisattvas, so how can the elders such as Subhūti be able to explain it? For example, in this Jambudvipa (another name for India), how many rivers such as the Ganges flow, and all the medicines and forests that have flowers and fruits grow, all of these are produced by the lord of the Nāgas or the自在者 residing in the great lake Manasasarovar, relied upon by the lord of the Nāgas without the fear of gravel and so on, that great lake is produced by the power and glory of the Nāga king's past aspirations. Similarly, the Śrāvakas of the Buddhas, such as Subhūti, briefly expound how many dharmas, and extensively explain them, and they also determine them in the manner of the four kinds of reasoning, and expound the Dharma, and the ultimate result of that Dharma is extremely superior.

It enables one to attain the non-abiding nirvana, and also the fruit of the Dharma taught, such as temporarily attaining the four fruits of stream-enterer and so on, all of which arise from the power of the Tathagata. Why is that? Because the Dharma of selflessness taught by the Victorious One is manifestly learned by the Hearers, who are disciples of the supreme Buddha, and having manifestly realized it, they also teach others as they have learned it. All of this is done by the power of the Buddha, not by the power of the Hearers themselves. Furthermore, due to the blessings of the Buddha, even from the inanimate sky, the sound of the profound Dharma arises, causing those to be trained to be liberated, and so on. The activity of the Buddha should be understood as inconceivable. Second, regarding the nature of the Dharma of the teachings, there are two: the path to be cultivated and the fruit of the path. First, there is the explanation of the main path, the Perfection of Wisdom, and the explanation of the other five companions. First, there are three doors: the door of concise explanation, the door of intermediate explanation, and the door of extensive explanation. First, there is the extensive explanation of the basis, Dharma, and fruit, and the summarization of these sections. First, there are three: the individual as the basis, the Dharma to be cultivated, and the explanation of its fruit. First, there are three: the distinction of realization, the distinction of spiritual friends, and the meaning of the term Bodhisattva. First, there are three aspects: the basis is without object, the path is without action, and the fruit does not abide in the two extremes. First, among the three of teaching, explanation, and summary, the first. The meaning of the single verse, "What is wisdom?" etc., is: To the Bodhisattva, in this way, the supreme Perfection of Wisdom, which is to be taught or cultivated, from where does it come, and whose is it? If one distinguishes and examines the aspects of place and time, one will not find it established by its own nature, but only established by convention and terminology. Similarly, the place of teaching or the cultivator, the Bodhisattva, is merely an aggregation of the five aggregates. There, one does not find or perceive even a little of the self-nature established as a person and a Dharma, but abides only as a conventional illusion. And the nature of that person cultivating that path, the ultimate Bodhicitta itself.
