Remembering the vast ocean of suffering from dualistic appearances, To me, who wanders here, reveal the true face of Dharma. With the unobstructed arising of wisdom and dependent origination, Supreme Lama, whose altruistic activities are equal to the sky! Remembering, though I strive in recitation and meditation, with manifest signs, Grant me, who is impoverished, the accomplishment of mantra. Heal the disturbances of the body's elements with skillful medicine, Liberate the pain of the mind into the realm of clear light. May I quickly accomplish the vajra life, the vajra youth, And the vajra confidence. May the essence of the blessings of the Lama's body, speech, and mind, Enter my body, speech, and mind, May I attain the dominion of the two siddhis, Equal to you, the venerable and holy one. In the meaning of illusory dependent origination, May I become self-sufficient. Unmoving from the realm of clear light and emptiness, In the bindu of great bliss and equality, May I become inseparable from you, Lama. 至尊您！以目光即可调伏火、水、猛兽、盗贼等，并游历各地。 以种种化身摄集空行母，成就自在者您！莲花生（པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས།），怙主龙树（ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ།）和， 医王童子，无等达波等，随所应化而示现“我即是”， 赐予真实之承诺。 药师不动如来之智慧身，虽丝毫未动摇， 然种种化身之游舞如水中之月，随所应化于信者前显现。 以金刚身调理诸元素失调，并以 甚深后续关联之密咒成熟解脱，摄受具缘所化众， 示现种种神变。 于此雪域（གངས་ཅན།）开启利益与安乐之门，如是显现后，色身 超越生死，于空行大乐中，现前示现。 胜乐修持 胜于经年累月勤于他事，刹那忆念您即意义重大， 祈请七日定能摄受，赐予不虚之承诺。 虽与诸佛菩萨悲心平等，然为救度浊世福薄众生， “我即是诸佛菩萨之事业，故加持迅速”，祈请您之语。 是故至尊您，从内心深处，以 虔诚渴切之情祈请，浊世所生之疾病、邪魔、痛苦之， 怖畏所逼迫的我，祈请救护！为业惑迷乱所缠缚， 因自身之过失，未能成为诸佛菩萨之，事业所行之境， 无依绝望的我，祈请以慈悲垂视！ 除您之外，别无希望与救护之处， 具足智慧、慈悲、能力之三族姓尊，与， 无别之上师，浊世众生之，唯一怙主，请勿舍弃我等！ 我于虚空际尽未来际，对一切众生，尤其对福薄痛苦者， 若能持守利益之慈悲誓愿，祈请 赐予智慧、能力、慈悲之灌顶于我！从今直至菩提果， 祈请不离种姓之主尊，欢喜安住， 远离一切衰败，获得如意成就， 愿我与至尊您无二无别而成就！ 火鸟年九月二十八日

Supreme one, you! With just a glance, you subdue fire, water, wild animals, thieves, etc., and travel to various places. With various emanations, you gather the Ḍākinīs under your power, master of accomplishments, you! Padmasambhava, the protector Nāgārjuna, and, The youthful healer, the incomparable Dagpo, etc., showing "I am" as a play to be tamed, granting a true promise. The wisdom body of the Medicine Buddha, the immovable one, without the slightest movement from that, the play of various emanations is like the moon in water, appearing to those to be tamed according to their devotion. With the vajra body, healing the disturbances of the elements, and with the profound maturing liberation of the subsequent secret mantras, taking care of the fortunate disciples, showing various miracles. In this land of snow (Tibet), opening the door to benefit and happiness, having appeared in such a way, the form body transcends birth and death, in the great bliss of the sky-goers, manifestly appearing. Practice and recitation It is more meaningful to remember you for a moment than to strive for years and months in other things, Praying for seven days will surely take care of you, granting an infallible promise. Although the compassion of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is perfectly equal, in order to protect the degenerate beings with little merit, "I am the activity of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, therefore blessings are swift," I pray to your words. Therefore, supreme protector, from the depths of my heart, with devotion and intense longing, I pray, born in the degenerate age, of disease, evil spirits, and suffering, I, who am threatened by fear, please protect me! Entangled in the cocoon of karma and delusion, due to my own faults, I have not become the object of the activities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, helpless and hopeless, please look upon me with compassion! There is no other hope or refuge than you, the embodiment of wisdom, compassion, and power, the three families, and, the inseparable Lama, the only protector of beings in the degenerate age, please do not abandon us! As long as the sky exists, I will hold this vow of benefiting compassion towards all beings, especially those who are poor and suffering, please grant me the empowerment of wisdom, ability, and compassion! From now until reaching the essence of enlightenment, please remain joyfully as the inseparable lord of the lineage, free from all decline, may I obtain the desired accomplishments, may I become inseparable from you, supreme protector!
