How is it understood that "it is you"? When experiencing happiness and so on, it seems to be experienced by the mind, and it is impossible to experience without relying on the mind. Moreover, happiness and so on are also considered to exist internally. Therefore, when experiencing, it is recognized as being internal, and one would not know, "This is not internal, but external happiness." If it is thought that the smoothness of touch and so on, which are produced by the object, are external happiness, then that is also experienced internally by the mind, and it is impossible to experience it outside the mind. Therefore, one would never know external happiness. If one experiences happiness arising from an external object, it will also be mixed with internal happiness, making it impossible to distinguish them separately. The types of internal and external happiness and so on are different, and they can be grasped and apprehended because they are of the same type. It is reasonable to be the grasped and the grasper because there is happiness in the internal mind, but the external smooth touch is not the nature of happiness, so it is not apprehended as the essence of happiness, just as black is not apprehended as white. Similarly, if there is happiness externally but not internally, one will not experience it oneself. If that is the case, then the sentient person will not become the grasper of all objects because they are extremely different in type from the nature of inanimate matter, the principal, and all transformations. Since the person does not become the grasper, the very act of enjoying or consuming all transformations will also be diminished. The reasoning just stated refutes the assertion that "if the types of internal and external happiness are different, they will not become cause and effect," because such a reason demonstrates that the person you acknowledge lacks certainty. Furthermore, according to your view, the grasped is external happiness and so on, and the grasper is internal mental happiness and so on. They are not cause and effect because both are similar and without consciousness, so there is no characteristic of either the grasped or the grasper. If it is thought that the eye sense grasping form and the seed and sprout becoming cause and effect are uncertain, that is not uncertain because the eye sense is the cause of the consciousness of grasping, and it is not admitted that the sense itself is the grasper. The cause and effect of seed and sprout are not the grasped and the grasper, but the cause and effect of becoming matter. For consciousness, when the object becomes the cause, that is the cause and effect of the grasped and the grasper.

It is necessary. If the mind and the object, as the grasping and the grasped, become cause and effect, then experiencing the object is unreasonable, because the grasping is produced by the object giving help in the way of grasping, if it exists. Then, such a grasping and grasped that becomes cause and effect will also exist for other sentient beings, because they are also considered to be enjoyers of the object. In this way, the difference of the fruit of the grasped object arises sequentially for the being, then the permanent dharma will be destroyed. Therefore, for sentient beings, whether the great or the mind and happiness become cause and effect to each other is the same until the end of the kalpa. Third, it is unreasonable that happiness and so on are without mind. To establish that happiness and so on are consciousness. To abandon the uncertain reason there. First, arising from habituation, therefore happiness and so on are not external objects, but are the dharma of the inner mind itself, and the inner consciousness itself is the actual object to be experienced, therefore it is mind. There is a pervasion to this, that is, whatever object's nature is not experienced, then it is not experienced by it, just as experiencing blue is not experiencing yellow. Therefore, if the mind does not experience, then let alone that, if it experiences, then it experiences what it and its nature are like, after the nature of experience is lost, there is no other way to experience, just as it is impossible to experience fire after losing heat. Therefore, when experiencing blue, the experience itself is the nature of consciousness, if not, it will become no experience. Therefore, if experiencing in a clear and intelligent way is not the nature of consciousness, but the nature of the object, then what relationship does it have with consciousness? If it is thought that what is experienced is the object that is in a suitable state, then, the object being in a suitable state and the one with the object are related, what is the reason for not being related to the object at the end of the kalpa? Because the consciousness with the object is only clarity, and it is thought that there is no aspect of experiencing the nature of the object there, so the object being close giving help and the end of the kalpa not giving help does not exist, so like the current object, everything appears simultaneously. If the end of the kalpa does not appear, then those in a suitable state will also not appear in the same way, because for the mind, there is no difference called the experience of the mind. If the experience exists, then the experience
