As it is said, it is like a brief statement, and the remaining verses are an extensive explanation. Here, first, the form of the Bhagavan whose aspect of time is completely pure is explained. As it is said in the Root Tantra of the First Buddha: "Daytime is the sun, dust, and vajra, at night the moon by the distinction of thought, semen and lotus, those are one, the wheel of time is great bliss." That is to say, the external times of day and night, the sun and moon, the vajra and lotus, semen and dust, etc., are transformed into skillful means and wisdom by the distinction of body and mind, and the two aspects of skillful means and wisdom become inseparable and one, which is the nature of the great bliss of the wheel of time. And as it is said in other tantras such as the Chakrasamvara: "During the day, the Bhagavan Vajradhara, at night, wisdom is very famous, just as the sun is fierce, so the moon is called Uma." As it is said, the way of establishing skillful means and wisdom as the difference between body and mind, although it seems different, the meaning is not different, but the same. Thus, the wheel of what is called time by the distinction of day and night is the nature of twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths, the characteristic of the twelve links of dependent origination, the wheel of the constellations of time, which is the cause of the momentary arising and destruction of all sentient beings, and is the way the mundane conventional truth appears. As it is said: "Time spreads all beings, time constantly gathers them, time is the Bhagavan Vajradhara, having the nature of day and night." As it is said in the tantra, apart from the time that arises dependently, the time that the outsiders consider as the creator of the arising and gathering of the world does not exist at all. Thus, all that appears in the external world as the time of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness is accomplished by the discrimination of sentient beings' minds. If there is no mind, then karma will not be accumulated, and if there is no karma, then various worlds will not appear, because there is no cause for appearance, so it will not arise. And the one who creates karma is none other than the discriminating mind that is combined with the nature of change. The basis of these winds and minds comes from the root of the very subtle wind and mind of the fourth time, and its end is also in the realm of the naturally luminous.

Since there are no real objects in other places, yet they appear, therefore, in order to purify all divisions of time, the practice of the Blessed One, the Wheel of Time, as it is said, is for the sake of completely pacifying the arising and ceasing of samsara, which arises from universal discrimination. Yogis should understand these practices. By visualizing all divisions of time of ordinary discriminating thought as the mandala of the deity of pure nature, one can purify all impure signs and become the cause of ripening the extremely pure true meaning of the completion stage. Moreover, because it is a special means of temporarily accomplishing limitless activities such as peace. Therefore, the union of day and night, which has the nature of twelve time cycles, is the body of the moon, that is, one body. The two with the nature of six six time cycles are the left and right feet, that is, the left, right, and central channels with the nature of four time cycles, are fire, human, and throat, that is, three. The number of the four water repositories of the east, south, west, and north, which have the nature of three three time cycles, are the auspicious four faces with various colors such as black. The left and right with the nature of two two time cycles, that is, the six shoulders of the east, west, front, back, and the middle of the two. Similarly, the sun's arms, which have the nature of the twelve months of each house, are twelve. The lotus hands of the Victorious One, with the distinction of half a time cycle or twenty-four directions, are twenty-four. One day has sixty breaths, three hundred and sixty times, that is, twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths divided by sixty, yields three hundred and sixty without remainder. Therefore, sixty breaths and three hundred and sixty days and nights of a year are pure or stainless, that is, each of the twenty-four hands has five fingers of the five aggregates, and each of these fingers has three joints of three qualities, a total of fifteen joints. The sum of the joints of all fingers is six empty spaces and the joints of fire, that is, three hundred and sixty. Here, the combination of the time wheel of one day is applied, and it also applies to both one year and the movement, as well as the three times, six times, twelve months, and twenty-four directions, and the purity of three hundred and sixty days and nights.
