Saying, "This peacock will come to you on its own," (the queen) felt happy and respectful. That king served that peacock king with flowers and fruits. Thinking so, she offered poisonous food and drink, the peacock king became so beautiful and attractive, when the queen hesitated, the peacock king said, I know you have fallen in love with another man, even if you give me poisonous food, you cannot kill me, after saying that, Queen Incomparable vomited blood, fell seriously ill and died, and was reborn in the wailing hell. The peacock king happily liberated himself, returned to his own abode, and taught the Dharma to all beings. 在某地发生非法之事，他说如果当地人民能够行持十善业，我就当国王。大家都说好，请您作证，于是就为他灌顶为国王。他下令实行十善业。魔王心生嫉妒，写了一封诽谤信，说以前行善也没有什么明显的效果，从今以后实行十不善业吧，并把信送给所有的小国。大家都不相信，就去禀告国王。国王惊奇地说，我没有写过这样的话，为什么会变成这样呢？国王亲自去查看人们是否和以前不一样了。在路上，魔王让国王听到一个在燃烧的火焰中痛苦挣扎的人的声音。国王问他有什么罪过，那人说：我以前让这些人行持十善业，所以现在我非常痛苦。国王说，如果劝人行善会遭受这样的痛苦，那是不可能的。你劝人行善，那些行善的人得到安乐的果报了吗？他说：他们是得到了，只是劝人行善的人变成了这样。国王听了非常高兴，说：如果其他人得到善果，我受苦也没有遗憾。说完，那个魔立刻消失了。国王到全国各地，向所有百姓宣扬十善业，赞叹行善的功德，大家都一心向善。那时，他成了具有金轮等七宝的转轮王，四大部洲都行持善业。这样，自己安住于十善业，也劝他人行持十善业，所以现在成佛时，脚底有千辐轮的相。如是说。又，以前所有的商队首领，名叫救和善成，他们每个人都有四万商人的眷属。善成喜欢出离，所以在仙人面前出家，最终现证了独觉的菩提。商

The demon king became jealous and wrote a slanderous letter, saying that there were no obvious effects from doing good in the past, so from now on, practice the ten non-virtuous actions, and sent the letter to all the small kingdoms. Everyone did not believe it and reported it to the king. The king was surprised and said, "I have not written such words, why has it become like this?" The king personally went to see if the people were different from before. On the way, the demon king made the king hear the voice of a person struggling in pain in a burning flame. The king asked him what crime he had committed, and the man said: "I used to make these people practice the ten virtuous actions, so now I am in great pain." The king said, "If encouraging people to do good would cause such suffering, that is impossible. Did those who you encouraged to do good receive the fruit of happiness?" He said: "They did receive it, but only the one who encouraged them to do good has become like this." The king was very happy to hear this and said: "If others receive the good result, I have no regrets even if I suffer." After saying this, the demon immediately disappeared. The king went to all parts of the country, proclaimed the ten virtuous actions to all the people, and praised the merits of doing good, and everyone was devoted to doing good. At that time, he became a wheel-turning king with the seven treasures, including the golden wheel, and all four continents practiced virtuous actions. In this way, he himself abided in the ten virtuous actions and also encouraged others to practice the ten virtuous actions, so now when he becomes a Buddha, he has the mark of a thousand-spoked wheel on the soles of his feet.
