愿那些舍利安住在珍宝安达尼罗中，上方安住在色究竟天的顶端，降下曼陀罗等各种鲜花，发出三宝的声音和悦耳的各种声音，之后下方安住在金轮的顶端。同样，在饥荒中劫的中间时期和疾病中劫的中间时期，也上方安住在色究竟天之间，降下鲜花等，如上所述。愿那些舍利在贤劫中行持佛的事业，也愿无数的所化众生以三乘安住于不退转之地。同样，直到大劫中出现如五佛土微尘数般的微尘数时，愿我的舍利们以这三乘安住于调伏的众生于不退转之地。愿我成为菩提萨埵，为了菩提而行持时，我最初安置于无上菩提，并安置于六度波罗蜜多的那些众生，之后经过无数劫，超过恒河沙数，在十方世界无数的其他刹土中，愿仅仅出现诸佛薄伽梵。愿我获得菩提后安置于无上菩提，并且我涅槃后，以舍利的方式幻化，那些将要发起无上菩提心的菩萨们，之后在不同的刹土中成佛时，这样说：在以前的贤劫降临时，出现了一位名为第四日胜者的佛陀，他最初将我们安置于无上正等菩提，安置并善加安排。我们是心相续恶劣，与不善为伴，造作五无间罪，甚至成为邪见者，但他将我们安置于六度波罗蜜多，因此现在成为一切智者，转法轮，逆转轮回，并将无量无边的众生安置于天界和解脱的果位，我如是说。

May those relics reside in precious Andalite gems, residing at the ultimate limit of Akanishta above, raining down various flowers such as Mandarava, producing the sound of the Three Jewels and various pleasing sounds, and then residing at the ultimate limit of the golden wheel below. Similarly, during the intermediate period of famine and the intermediate period of disease, may they also reside between Akanishta above, raining down flowers, etc., as mentioned above. May those relics perform the deeds of the Buddha in the Good Kalpa, and may countless beings to be tamed also be established in the irreversible state by the Three Vehicles. Likewise, until as many eons as there are dust motes in the five Buddha-fields have passed, may my relics establish the beings to be tamed in the irreversible state by these three vehicles. May I become a Bodhisattva, and when practicing for the sake of enlightenment, may those whom I first placed in the unsurpassed enlightenment and established in the six perfections, later, after countless eons, exceeding the sands of a thousand Ganges rivers, in countless other realms of the ten directions, may only Buddhas, the Bhagavat, appear. May I, having attained enlightenment, place others in the unsurpassed enlightenment, and may I, after passing into nirvana, emanate in the form of relics, so that all those Bodhisattvas who will generate the mind of unsurpassed enlightenment, when they later become Buddhas in different realms, say this: 'In the past, when the Good Kalpa descended, there appeared a fourth victorious sun, a Buddha named this, who first placed us in the unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment, established and well arranged us. We were those whose minds were corrupt, associated with non-virtue, committing the five heinous crimes, even becoming those with wrong views, but he established us in the six perfections, so now we have become omniscient, turning the wheel of Dharma, reversing the wheel of existence, and placing countless beings in the fruits of heaven and liberation,' thus I say.

May praise and proclamation of him, and also songs, resound. May those beings who seek enlightenment, having heard such praise from the Buddha, entreat the Tathagata thus: "Lord, seeing what meaning did you vow to awaken to unsurpassed enlightenment in the time of the five degenerations of strife?" May those Tathagatas also show to those sons or daughters of good family who seek enlightenment how I generated the first mind endowed with great compassion, adorned the qualities of the Buddha-field, and also the way of former aspirations. May those sons or daughters of good family who seek enlightenment also be amazed and develop faith in the vast, and likewise generate great compassion for beings. May they also make the aspiration to take hold of beings who commit the five heinous crimes and who are ruined by non-virtue in the Buddha-field where the five degenerations of strife prevail. May those Buddhas also prophesy their thoughts as they are. Furthermore, for those sons or daughters of good family who seek enlightenment, may the relics of the Buddha named Victorious Sun, who has passed into complete nirvana, for the sake of beings, through various miracles and transformations, urge us to awaken to unsurpassed enlightenment, generate the first mind, perfect the perfections, and extensively show the former deeds of the transformation of relics. Thus, the chief of supplications, the Brahmin Ocean Dust, in the presence of the Tathagata Jewel Essence, for the sake of all beings, made those five hundred great aspirations endowed with great compassion, and then requested thus: Venerable Lord, if I can fully realize such a hope of benefiting those who, in the future time of strife and the five degenerations, are like a blind world, without a guide, immersed in darkness, and commit the five heinous crimes, etc., and may the aspirations I have made accomplish such Buddha-activity.
