阿如拉金黄色，驱虫的是诃子，使牙齿变白的是绵羊的白色眼珠，使牙龈紧致的是菖蒲。 止腐烂的是余甘子树，清洗腐臭的是黑云香，使之紧致的是象牙，守护口气的是鸽子粪。 在此之上，加入毕陵伽、哈昔克、药盐、芒硝，将这些等份混合，用蜂蜜制成丸药，或者特别地与羊油混合，早晨空腹时涂抹在牙龈和牙齿上。 这被称为“牙齿的精华，牙齿的守护者”。 每次服用一丸，可使牙齿稳固一年。 重复七次，牙齿会更加稳固。 长久坚持，更不必说。 有时，将芝麻水熬制后涂抹在牙齿上，用手触摸，会更加确信。 这是我自己采集并调配的。 另外，将冰片研磨成粉，用自己的尿液浸湿，涂抹并揉搓在牙齿内外及牙龈上，牙齿必定会坚固。 如果牙齿已经脱落，使其再生的方法是： 将水牛的额骨、龙骨、钟乳石、秃鹫的白色粪便等份研磨成粉，与牛奶的酸奶和野蜂蜜混合，放入乌龟的壳中。 用布盖住，在水边浸泡十天或九天。 上面会出现黑白或红色的纹路。 然后三天不吃其他食物，只喝煮沸的牛奶。 然后将药涂抹在牙齿脱落的地方。 上面用蜂蜜覆盖并放置。 这样重复七次，一个月后就会长出新牙。 在季节交替时涂抹药物，上面涂抹蜂蜜。 然后涂抹酥油。 这样牙齿就会紧致稳固。 务必相信这是真实的。 这是大持明者嘎绕多杰的独子教言的注释和许多伏藏中记载的。 在《甘露续》中说： 海螺是牙齿再生的甘露，与狮子的乳汁混合涂抹，必定会生长。 如果找不到狮子的乳汁，就需要三十种动物的乳汁。 明目的药物是： 蓝莲花的根、阿魏、菖蒲、藏红花、熊胆、铁蛇的肉、诃子、青金石、石矛尖，研磨成粉末，用蜂蜜混合制成肉丸大小的药丸，空腹服用，眼睛会非常明亮。 也可以用钟乳石、石花。

Arura is golden yellow. Byitangka eliminates worms. White sheep eyeballs whiten teeth. Goyu tightens gums. Yugu tree cuts off decay. Black turmeric cleanses the smell of decay. Elephant ivory tightens. Pigeon dung protects breath. On top of that, add Pilingha, Hashik, medicinal salt, and alkali. Mix these in equal parts and make pills with honey, or especially mix with sheep fat and apply to the gums and teeth in the morning on an empty stomach. This is called "the essence of teeth, the guardian of teeth." Each pill makes the teeth firm for a year. Repeating seven times will make the teeth even firmer. Needless to say, it will last a long time. Sometimes, apply a thick paste of sesame water boiled on the teeth, and touching it with your hand will make you more confident. This was collected and mixed by myself. Also, grind camphor into a fine powder, moisten it with your own urine, and apply and rub it on the inside and outside of the teeth and gums, and the teeth will definitely be strong. If the teeth have already fallen out, the method to regenerate them is: Grind the forehead bone of a buffalo, dragon bone, stalactite, and white dung of a vulture in equal parts, mix with yogurt and wild honey, and put it in the shell of a turtle. Cover with a cloth and soak in water for ten or nine days. Black and white or red lines will appear on it. Then, for three days, do not eat other food, but only drink boiled milk. Then apply the medicine to the place where the teeth have fallen out. Cover with honey and leave it. Repeating this seven times will cause new teeth to grow in a month. Apply the medicine at the turn of the seasons and apply honey on top. Then apply ghee. This will make the teeth tight and firm. Be sure to believe that this is true. This is recorded in the commentary on the single son's teachings of the great vidyadhara Garab Dorje and in many terma. In the Nectar Tantra, it says: Conch shell is the nectar for tooth regeneration. If mixed with lion's milk and applied, it will definitely grow. If lion's milk cannot be found, then the milk of thirty kinds of animals is needed. The medicine for clear eyes is: Blue lotus root, asafoetida, calamus, saffron, bear bile, iron snake meat, arura, lapis lazuli, stone spear tip, grind into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of meat pills, take on an empty stomach, and the eyes will be very clear. Alternatively, use stalactites or rock lichen.

On top of this, adding the powder of old black and white striped agate, as well as the yolk of an oriole and a black hen's egg, is even better. The secret method for curing deafness, the secret of the Uttara sound, is: the essence of peacock feathers, costus root, rue, turmeric, collect the fruits in a soup, cool the juice and repeatedly drip it into the ear. Then suck out blood, pus, etc. with a thin tube or feather quill. Alternatively, mix these medicines with radish juice and drip them in. Or, crush rue, costus root, the essence of peacock feathers, and one clove of dried garlic, and put them in the hollow of a young radish. Seal the opening with radish, cover the outside with tsampa paste, and bake over low heat. After cooling, take the radish out of the tsampa. Depending on the condition, add garlic for wind disorders, ginger for phlegm disorders, long pepper for bile disorders, red salt for blood disorders, and add all for mixed disorders. Grind into powder, boil in butter, and when it is warm and smooth, drip it into the ear and plug the ear hole with warm tsampa. Suck it out with a thin tube the next day. After that, fumigate with the steam of boiled old sheep head soup. Continue to do this until the deafness is cured. It will be cured in seven days. After it is cured, place three moxibustion cones on the high bone behind the ear. It is said that this will strengthen the ears and is effective for both young and old. This is from the terma of Padma Lingpa.
