It should be known that the parts of a single time appear in each continent in their own way at that time. As the Compendium Tantra says: "The sun resides in one house, thereby creating all the collections of times, as well as months and directions." And: "In whatever measure and whatever part is due to the power of the day, that seventh part is the reason for the night." It should be understood as stated. Therefore, from all those houses and times, the twelve parts of the earth rotate clockwise like a wheel, sequentially. This is because the globe is always under the influence of winds rotating to the right. For example, when the sheep house (Aries) is on the central Southern Continent (India), the east is the bull house (Taurus). From the west of the eastern continent, Gemini, etc., to the fish house (Pisces) in the western Southern Continent, they are arranged sequentially in a counterclockwise direction. If the earth is divided into four seasons, when three continents have spring, the previous three continents have summer, etc., counterclockwise. If the central Southern Continent (India) has the beginning of spring, the east has mid-spring, etc., counterclockwise. If the central Southern Continent (India) has dawn, the central Eastern Continent has noon, the central North has sunset, and the central West has midnight. If the central Southern Continent (India) has dawn and the rabbit (卯时) appears, the eastern Southern Continent (India) has sunrise, the dragon (辰时), etc., counterclockwise, and the western Southern Continent (India) has early morning, the tiger (寅时). Therefore, at whatever time dawn breaks in each continent, at that very time, in other continents, it will change to different times such as sunrise. Within that part of the continent, due to the sequential geographical positions of the thirty segments, there are differences in the timing of dawn, etc., ranging from breaths to moments. Those arrangements are definitely rotating clockwise like a wheel in each segment due to the sequential rotation of moments, etc. For example, the sheep house (Aries) located on the central Southern Continent (India) ends, the sheep house (Aries) moves to the west, and the bull house (Taurus) in the east moves to the center. Similarly, the four seasons such as spring, the twelve months such as the beginning of spring, the four junctures such as dawn, the twelve hours such as the rabbit (卯时), all rotate to the right in this way, sequentially moving and rotating. The sun moves to each house, moving every thirty days, but in one day

The rotation in twelve parts is due to the Earth's airflow, so all the planets and stars also rotate in this way. Each of these twelve houses, seen first from the sky, before other houses rise, is the Tarka of that house, called the time when the Kalachakra appears. Although the houses are equal in size, the length of their appearance varies due to the different ways they appear in different places, as described in the Kalachakra. The four seasons are represented by the names of the upper, middle, and lower months for every three continents. In any continent, after the three months of spring are over, the three months of summer appear, and after the first month of spring is over, the middle month of spring appears, and so on, appearing counterclockwise in the order of months. The time of one day and night, from the end of the time of dawn, noon, etc., twelve periods of time, every three periods are counted as one period. The names of the four periods rotate counterclockwise. Each of the twelve periods is fixed at five hours. After every five hours, the former period ends, and the latter period appears in sequence. After the dawn of the Rabbit hour, The sunrise of the Dragon hour appears, etc. Roughly, in the twelve parts, the dawn, etc., twelve rotate counterclockwise in sequence. Each part is divided into thirty positions, and it should be known that there is an early and late dawn for every ten water srangs (ཆུ་སྲང་, a unit of time in the Tibetan calendar, approximately equal to 24 minutes). Converting the sixty hours of one day and night into water srangs is three thousand six hundred, dividing by the number of positions three hundred and sixty, also yields ten, and that is how early and late the dawn is. In this way, the way of saying dawn Rabbit hour, etc., is mainly based on the time of equal day and night. The middle part of noon is the middle of the Horse hour, and midnight is the middle of the Rat hour, these must all be remembered. Due to the difference in the length of day and night, when the day is long, it is seven periods, when it is equal, it is six periods, and when it is short, it is about five periods, detailed calculations are made according to the Chinese calendar, and all twelve periods must be fixed at five hours, this is like a rivet that ensures the key to time does not go wrong, so it is considered very important. As for midnight Rahu, etc., regardless of the length of day and night, the time of day and the time of night are divided into eight parts.
