Also, the mantra of the black parasite Yama is: Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：Om，汉语字面意思：Om) Mé Bar Tsa Sin Soha (藏文：མེ་འབར་ཚ་སྲིན་སོདཿ). Tsa Bar Lung Sin Soha (藏文：ཚ་འབར་རླུང་སྲིན་སོད།). Barma Trakjé Soha (藏文：འབར་མ་ཁྲག་ལྕེ་སོདཿ). Incense with the fat of meat. Alternatively, incense with mustard seeds is definitely effective. Mantra water is also helpful, as experienced and proven. Yama Chung So, Yama So Soha (藏文：ཡ་མ་ཕྱུངས་སོད་ཡ་མ་སོད་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ). This also comes from the Men Gyü Penjé Ngagbum. This mantra eliminates Yamas caused by blood, serum, inflammation, and wind, etc., which is a supreme method from the Indian tradition. This seems profound. Meditate on the mantra as fire, visualize the disease as a bird, and then burn it, it is said. Also, the parasite mantra: Nakpo Phat Maha Phat (藏文：ནག་པོ་ཕཊ་མ་ཧཱ་ཕཊ།), Maha Pentsa Phat (藏文：མ་ཧཱ་པཉྩ་ཕཊ།), Tumril Phat (藏文：ཐུཾ་རིལ་ཕཊ།). Recite the mantra on salt and scatter it, it is effective. Also, the parasite mantra: Makar Raksha Reb Reb So So (藏文：མ་ཀར་རཀྵ་རྦད་རྦད་སོད་སོད།). Chung Chung (藏文：ཕྱུང་ཕྱུང་།). Puri Reré (藏文：སྤུ་གྲི་ཟེར་ཟེར།).
