May the commands of all assemblies be true, and by the power of these great truths, may all curses, spells, and evil omens that harm me be dispelled. May all oppressions, curses, and evil deeds be carried away by the water like reeds, stubble, round stones, and thorns! Turn back and transform the evil thoughts and actions of the enemy onto themselves! Recite "ཨུ་ཙ་ཊ་ཡ་ཕཊ། （Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning）" and throw it into the water. Visualize that the wrathful deities manifested from yourself, with their weapons, drive the harm onto the enemy uncontrollably, like a corpse carried away by the wind. For each of the five complete substances, recite the mantra of the Ushnishavijaya and the name of the one being harmed, saying "Dispel, dispel," and clap your hands three times. If it is very important, recite it one hundred and eight times; medium, forty-nine times; low, twenty-one times. If abbreviated, recite it seven times. No matter how great the fault, it is a secret and sacred instruction for swift dispelling. May the Victorious Shakya Singha protect the one who is completely erected at the peak of existence. The method of writing the uncommon victory banner over enemies: The crest has a collection of dharani mantras and prayers, and the outer flying banners are divided into three layers, depicting images that are compatible with beings, enemies, and executioners. Draw the images of a lion, a conch, and a fish. If abbreviated, on the amulet, write the mantra and prayer on the back, and draw the image of the victory banner on the front. Thus it is said. The three beings are mentioned in the sutras: the son of a garuda and a lion, the eight-limbed lion; the son of a conch and a makara, the makara king Aghora; the son of a fish and an otter, the big fish Spambha with a wide mouth. These three are drawn on the victory banner.
