May the Mother be clear! First, dispel the impure air three times. From the dhīḥ (藏文：དྷཱིཿ，梵文天城体：धीः，梵文罗马拟音：dhīḥ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) in the heart, light radiates, all of samsara and nirvana, all phenomena, melt into the essence of great bliss. All become the radiance of pure five-colored light, gathering and filling one's own body. Contemplate the indestructible bindu, inseparable from the innate life force, blazing with light. The vase-like breath with four unions, hold and prolong it as much as possible. Even if you strive for seven days, you will attain siddhis. Through this method, bliss, warmth, and wisdom increase. Vajra life and youth are accomplished. The power of profound contemplation, if practiced, will generate faith. Samaya gya! Contemplate it dissolving into your own heart. Again, all of samsara and nirvana awaken in the state of equality and great bliss. By this, life, merit, experience, realization, unimpeded retention, eloquence, and immeasurable wisdom are accomplished. The increasing pure essence fills one's own body and whatever place one thinks of, increase is accomplished.
