Having condensed the essence, visualize it falling like raindrops into the ocean, descending into the mandala of nectar below. At the end of the session, perform the blessing and invocation of the medicine protectors, and then visualize the deities dissolving into light and merging into the palace of medicine, into the ocean of nectar, and recite the clear root mantra and heart mantra as much as possible. In this way, the power of naturally occurring substances is inconceivable. If you mix and consume such an essence, consuming it for one day will bring ten qualities; consuming it for ten days will bring a hundred qualities; if you consume it for a month, it will be like the full moon. And so on, if you consume it for five months, you will attain the exhaustion of outflows and the state of a vidyadhara. And so on, as it is praised in the scriptures, it is said that all qualities such as longevity, youth, clairvoyance, and wealth will be accomplished. On top of that, if you accomplish it with mantras, what need is there to mention it? As it is said in the scriptures: "If nature has such power, then the practitioner who possesses the oral instructions, if they fully mix the non-dual nectar, what need is there to mention its qualities? They will attain the accomplished vidyadhara." Just like that. Therefore, in the past, the arura fruit was accomplished by Brahma, the great liberator of all; the red blood drops of the four mothers were accomplished by rock essence, moss, and blue-green minerals; the water of the sun and moon, grapes, raisins, were accomplished by the sage Charaka; the sheep's eye stone was accomplished by Tagabu. Like this, these substances of rasayana, each accomplished by a great sage, some were accomplished in an instant, and some were accomplished in up to seven days, and as it is said, their lifespan became equal to the sun and moon, and they transformed into the body of a vidyadhara with immeasurable qualities. Even today, the sacred
