ཚིག་ལ་གནས་ཤིང་མན་ངག་ལྡན་པའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་སྒྲུབ་ན། སྒྲ་དང་དྲི་དང་འོད་དང་མང་དུ་འཕེལ་བ་སོགས་རྟགས་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་དང་། བདུད་རྩིའི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས་མངོན་སུམ་མཐོང་ནས་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་པ་སོགས་བཅུད་ཀྱིས་ལེན་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་གྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ལེགས་པར་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་རྫས་དེ་ཉིད་རགས་ཟས་སྤངས་ཏེ་རིམ་པས་ཆ་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ཟོས་ན་ཟླ་བ་དྲུག་གིས་རགས་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཟག་པ་ཟད་ནས་ཚེ་ལ་དབང་བའི་རིག་འཛིན་ཐོབ་པ་དང་། ཟས་མ་བཅད་པར་ཚད་ལྡན་རྒྱུན་དུ་བསྟེན་ན་ལོ་དྲུག་གིས་འགྲུབ་པར་གསུངས། བཅུད་ལེན་བསྟེན་པའི་སྐབས་ཀུན་ཏུ་རླུང་སྦྱོར་དང་དམིགས་པར་སྦྲགས་ན་འགྲུབ་སླ་ཞིང་། འདི་ཡི་དུས་སུ་ལུས་བཅུད་ཐིག་ལེ་མ་ཉམས་པ་གལ་ཆེ་བས་ཅི་ནུས་བསྲུང་། སྐབས་སུ་ཉམས་ན་དྲོད་མ་ཡལ་བར་བཏུང་ན་དེ་ཉིད་བཅུད་ལེན་དུ་འགྱུར། རུལ་སྐྱུར་སྔོ་ངད་སོགས་སྨན་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཟས་དང་། དྲག་ཤུལ་གཏར་སྲེག་སོགས་སྤྱོད་ལམ་ངན་པ་དང་ གྲིབ་ཁ་འཛེམ། ཅིས་ཀྱང་ཁྲག་གི་སྲིན་རྟག་ཏུ་འཁྲུགས་ན་གང་ཉེ་གང་རྒྱས་རྩ་ལ་གཏར་རུང་གཞན་ཡང་ནད་གདོན་གང་ལའང་དེའི་གཉེན་པོ་སྨན་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་ཞི་བར་བྱ་ཞིང་། བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱབ་དཔུང་ཇི་རིགས་སུ་བསྐྱེད་རྒྱུན་མ་ཆད་པའི་བརྩོན་པས་སྲོད་དང་ཐོ་རངས་གཙོར་གྱུར་སྨན་ལེགས་པར་འཇུ་བའི་དུས་དང་། བཟའ་ཚོད་ཟིན་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཆ་བསྐྱེད་དེ་ཇི་འོས་ཇི་ནུས་སུ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཉམས་སུ་བླངས་ན། ཇི་ལྟར་རྒས་ཤིང་འཁོགས་པའང་བཅུ་དྲུག་གཞོན་ནུའི་ལང་ཚོ་གསར་དུ་འཆར་ཞིང་། ཟླ་བ་པདྨ་ལྟ་བུའི་བཞིན་དང་། ལྷའི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། གླང་པོའི་སྟོབས་དང་། སེང་གེའི་རྩལ་དང་། མཁའ་ལྡིང་གི་ཡང་ཟོར་དང་། མཚུངས་པ་མེད་པའི་བློ་དང་སྤོབས་པ་དང་། ལྷ་མི་དབང་དུ་འདུ་ཞིང་དཔལ་འབྱོར་འཕེལ་བ་དང་། ཉི་ཟླའི་ཡུན་དང་མཉམ་པའི་ཚེ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཅུད་ཀྱིས་ལེན་གྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྲུབ་ནས་རགས་ལུས་དངས་མ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལུས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཆེད་དུ་རྩོམ་པ་མ་གྲུབ་ཀྱང་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་ཅི་རིགས་པར་བསྟེན་ན་ཡང་དེ་དང་མཚམས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་མངོན་ཤེས་ལྔ་སྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཁ་ཚར་གྱི་སྨན་ནི་རྒྱུད་དང་མན་ངག་གིས་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཨེ་མ་སྔ་འགྱུར་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་གཏེར་ལས། །ལེགས་འཁྲུངས་ བཅུད་ལེན་བདུད་རྩི་བུམ་བཟང་འདི། །སྔོན་འབྲེལ་སྐལ་བ་བཟང་པོས་མི་ཕམ་པ། །འཇམ་དཔལ་དགྱེས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལག་ཏུ་བབ། །གྲུབ་པའི་རིག་འཛིན་དགྱེས་པའི་ཕ་ཕོགས་འདི། །སྣོད་མིན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཐོང་ཡང་ལག་མི་ལོན། །དད་ལྡན་སྐལ་བཟང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བརྩོན་པ་ཡིས། །ཚུལ་བཞིན་འབད་ན་དངོས་གྲུབ་གཏེར་ལ་སྤྱོད། །ཅེས་དགའ་བ་ཆུ་འབྲུག་གི་ཟླ་བ་ལྔ་པའི་ཚེས་ལྔ་ལ་འཇམ་དཔལ་དགྱེས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེས་སྤེལ་བའི་གསེར་ཆོས་ཡང་དག་པ་ཟབ་ཅིང་གསང་བའི་རྒྱ་ཅན་ཡིན་ནོ་མངྒ་ལཾཿ །བཅུད་ལེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བམ་ཡོན་ཏན་གྲུབ་ཚེ། ཁུ་བ་བཏང་མི་རུང་བར་གསུང་འདུག་དགེ། །། ར་ས་ཡཱ་ནའི་ལག་ལེན་གསལ་བར་བརྗོད་པ་བདུད་རྩི་གྲུབ་པ།

如果安住于词句且具有口诀的修行者如法修持，就会出现声音、气味、光芒等增多的特殊征兆，并且能亲眼见到甘露天女并获得赐予加持等，从而成就摄取精要的悉地。如此好好修成的物品，如果断绝粗食，逐渐增加份量食用，六个月后粗身的漏失耗尽，就能获得掌握寿命的持明。如果不禁食，有节制地长期服用，据说六年就能成就。服用精要丸时，如果始终结合气脉修持和观想，就容易成就。在此期间，身体的精要明点不耗损非常重要，所以要尽力守护。有时耗损了，只要温度未散就饮用，它就会变成精要丸。要禁忌腐烂、酸臭、生涩等对药物有害的食物，以及剧烈放血、烧灼等不良行为， 避讳污秽。无论如何，如果血中的虫始终骚动，就可在靠近且增生的脉络上放血，此外，对于任何疾病或邪魔，都要用药物和咒语来平息。要尽可能地积聚福德资粮，以持续不断的精进，在傍晚和黎明等药物容易消化的时间，通过控制饮食来增加份量，并根据自己的能力来依止和修持。这样，无论多么衰老，也能重新焕发十六岁少年的青春，拥有如莲花般的容颜，如天神般的肤色，如大象般的力量，如狮子般的威猛，如鹏鸟般的轻盈，以及无与伦比的智慧和勇气，能使天神和人类臣服，财富增盛，并获得与日月同寿的寿命等等，从而圆满成就摄取精要的功德，使粗身转化为清净金刚身。即使不能特意制作，如果在暂时情况下适当地依止，也能产生与之相应的功德。此外，关于成就五神通等方面的辅助药物，要通过经续和口诀来了解。唉玛吙！从古老的伏藏法水中， 善妙诞生的 精要甘露妙瓶， 与前世有缘的善缘者米旁（蒋扬钦哲旺波）， 落入了文殊欢喜金刚的手中。 成就的持明者喜悦。

If a practitioner who abides in the words and possesses the oral instructions practices properly, special signs such as the increase of sound, smell, and light will appear, and one will be able to directly see the nectar goddesses and receive their blessings, thereby accomplishing the siddhi of extracting the essence. If that substance, well accomplished in this way, is eaten by gradually increasing the portions after abandoning coarse food, the leakage of the coarse body will be exhausted in six months, and one will obtain the vidyadhara who has power over life. If one does not abstain from food and constantly relies on it in moderation, it is said that it will be accomplished in six years. When taking essence pills, it is easy to accomplish if one always combines it with the practice of wind energy and visualization. During this time, it is very important that the essence and bindu of the body are not depleted, so protect them as much as possible. If it is depleted at times, drink it before the heat dissipates, and it will become an essence pill. Avoid foods that are harmful to medicine, such as rotten, sour, and rancid foods, and bad behaviors such as drastic bloodletting and cauterization, avoid defilement. In any case, if the worms in the blood are constantly agitated, bloodletting can be performed on the veins that are close and enlarged. Furthermore, for any disease or evil spirit, pacify it with medicine and mantra. Accumulate merit to the best of your ability, and with constant diligence, rely on and practice by increasing the portions at times when the medicine is easily digested, such as in the evening and at dawn, while controlling your diet. In this way, no matter how old one becomes, one can regain the youth of a sixteen-year-old, with a face like a lotus, a complexion like a god, the strength of an elephant, the prowess of a lion, the lightness of a garuda, and unparalleled wisdom and courage. One will subdue gods and humans, increase wealth, and obtain a life equal to the sun and moon, thereby perfectly accomplishing the qualities of extracting the essence, and transforming the coarse body into a pure vajra body. Even if one cannot make it specifically, if one relies on it appropriately in temporary situations, one will also generate qualities corresponding to it. Furthermore, the supplementary medicines for accomplishing the five clairvoyances and so on should be understood through the tantras and oral instructions. Emaho! From the ancient treasure of Dharma, Well-born, This excellent vase of nectar of essence, Mipham (Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo), the fortunate one connected from previous lives, Fell into the hands of Manjushri's Delightful Vajra. The accomplished vidyadhara rejoices.

This excellent lineage, even if seen by those who are not vessels, is difficult to obtain. If those with faith and good fortune diligently practice, they can enjoy the treasure of accomplishments by striving properly. Thus, on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Joyful Water Dragon year, this true golden Dharma, profound and sealed with secrecy, was transmitted by Jampal Gyepai Dorje (Manjushri's Delightful Vajra). May there be auspiciousness! It is said that if one has achieved the accomplishment of extracting essence and the supramundane siddhi or qualities, one should not release semen. May it be virtuous! Named "The Accomplishment of Nectar, Clearly Explaining the Practice of Rasayana."
