Earth is the antidote to that. Secondly, earth and, essence, name, classification, function, necessity, etc., six aspects, first. Those two antidotes, belonging to the three realms, also have three kinds and four kinds of non-leaking or immaculate. The two to be abandoned by this are: attachment is unwholesome, therefore only the desire realm. Second, those two are the goodness of non-attachment. Third, those are the lineages of the noble ones, because the noble ones are born from those. Fourth, if those noble lineages are classified, the sutra says: There are four kinds of noble lineages, namely, non-attachment to Dharma robes, non-attachment to alms, non-attachment to bedding and cushions, and delight in renunciation and meditation. As it is said, the first three of those are the nature of contentment. If it is said, how is the fourth noble lineage the nature of non-attachment? Because it is not the nature of contentment. The fourth is also because it turns its back on desire and existence, so it is the aspect of non-attachment, renunciation is cessation, meditation is the path, and delighting in those is non-attachment and corresponding faith. As it is said. Fifth, the first three show the way of universal practice to achieve liberation, and the last one shows the work to be done. The sutra says that the first three noble lineages are complete with dignity, and the fourth is complete with work. If you do this work with this dignity, you will soon attain liberation. As it is said, the dignity of one's own who is greedy for clothes, food, etc. and does not know contentment, and abandoning the bad marginal industries such as farming and buying and selling, and with the correct dignity, the work is to be content with little desire, to like renunciation and meditation and to be diligent, and one will attain liberation. Sixth, in order to generate the antidote to the four cravings, the four noble lineages are shown, namely, craving arises for Dharma robes, for alms, and for bedding and cushions. Stay. Manifest attachment. As it is said, arising is the first, staying is permanent, and manifest attachment is difficult to abandon. It is also arising and destruction, so craving, birth, etc. are said, that is, attachment to arising, how good it would be to become a free person and a wheel-turning king! Because of fear of evil, even if you die at birth, what does it matter, without and

The fear of thinking that it doesn't matter even if it doesn't happen is attachment to cessation. To counter the craving for future fears, the last is shown as a remedy for birth, or by abandoning the two extremes, think for yourself. Or, the objects of attachment, such as Dharma robes, etc., and the subject of attachment is the body, because the desire for them is craving, so when craving these three, for a temporary purpose, the first three are shown, and for eternal peace, it is shown from the last one. Second, how to actually practice, relying on cultivating tranquility and insight, and relying on developing insight. The first has two types: teaching and explanation. First, when entering meditation practice, there are two types: tranquility and insight. First, by contemplating impurity and mindfulness of breathing in and out, gradually enter and practice as a remedy for increasing desire and increasing conceptualization. Among them, the latter has no various colors and shapes, because it looks inward, so in order to enter a single object of focus, it acts as a remedy for conceptualization. The other enters various colors and shapes, and looks outward, thus eliciting conceptualization, so although it cannot remedy conceptualization, it can remedy attachment. Second, the main content of impurity contemplation is focusing the mind on bones, and focusing the mind on breathing in and out. First, focusing the mind on reality, and explaining the difference of impurity contemplation. First, there are four attachments to this, namely color, shape, touch, and attachment to reverence. The remedy for the first is to contemplate the three colors of blue, black, and red, thereby cultivating the perception of impurity. The remedy for the second is to contemplate the two states of being eaten and scattered, thereby cultivating the perception of impurity. The remedy for the third is to contemplate the two states of being eaten by insects and the bones connecting the sternum with tendons, thereby cultivating the perception of impurity. The remedy for the fourth is to contemplate the motionless corpse, thereby cultivating the perception of impurity. Among them, the bone contemplation in impurity contemplation, without distinction, praises all things with attachment such as shape, color, etc., therefore it is cultivated as a remedy for all things. The state of bones without the four attachments such as color
