, as well as having diminished the afflictions of the peak of existence, and in order to completely destroy both all-pervasive afflictions that are to be abandoned by seeing in the suffering and origin truths, it is established as complete knowledge. That is to say, although ordinary beings have the destruction of two causes, they do not obtain the name of complete knowledge because they do not have the first two; the knowledge of suffering dharma has the first, but not the latter two; the subsequent knowledge has the first two, but not the latter. The knowledge of the origin of dharma obtains the name of complete knowledge when all three are complete. Likewise, it should also be understood for the above two. Each of the dharma knowledges of the cessation and path of the desire realm is established because they all have three causes, but the forbearance does not newly obtain separation and stainlessness. Above those three causes, the fourth is beyond the three realms, and from this, the last three complete knowledges are also established. The five causes that the Dharma Abhidhamma desires to separate from the afflictions to be aimed at and the afflictions that aim, are not mentioned here. Because they are included in the destruction of the two causes and transcendence of the three realms. The third is who possesses, there are two ways of summarizing the substance and the result. First, which complete knowledges do which individuals possess how many? Ordinary beings do not possess even one complete knowledge. Not only ordinary beings, but also those who abide in the five moments of wisdom from the forbearance of suffering dharma to the forbearance of the origin of dharma do not possess complete knowledge because they have not completely destroyed the two causes. Other than that, the noble ones who abide in the path of seeing possess up to five. Those who abide in the knowledge of the origin of dharma and the forbearance of the origin of phenomena possess the first complete knowledge; those who abide in the knowledge of the origin of phenomena and the forbearance of cessation dharma possess the previous complete knowledge and the complete knowledge of abandoning the suffering and origin to be abandoned by seeing of the two higher realms, possessing two; those who abide in the knowledge of cessation dharma and the forbearance of subsequent knowledge possess the previous two and the complete knowledge of abandoning the cessation to be abandoned by seeing of the desire realm, possessing three; those who abide in the knowledge of cessation phenomena and the forbearance of the path dharma possess those three and the complete knowledge of abandoning the cessation to be abandoned by seeing of the above two realms, possessing four; those who abide in the knowledge of the path dharma and the forbearance of subsequent knowledge possess the complete knowledge of abandoning the path to be abandoned by seeing of the desire realm, possessing five. The subsequent knowledge of the path is the path of meditation, so it does not belong to the path of seeing here. The meditator starts from the subsequent knowledge of the path until the first abandonment of meditation without abandoning attachment to the desire realm.

The eighth, being in the state between abandoning (afflictions), is also in accordance with the previous five and the two above, the omniscience and six associated with the path of seeing what is to be abandoned. Even if one falls from detachment from desire, one is still associated with those six. If one knows the path afterwards, one will not become the sixth omniscience. The establishment of the four fruits is because the five causes are for existence. As it is said, although it is said that abandonment is a summary, it is not contradictory because omniscience is not a summary. The word གམ་ (Tibetan) is a word of hesitation, because it is not necessarily certain there on the path of meditation. Also, sequentially or simultaneously, it is fine. When the non-returner meditator knows the path afterwards, he summarizes the previous ones and is only associated with the seventh omniscience. Falling from detachment from the form realm is also the same. When one attains the Arhat fruit, one also summarizes the previous ones and is only associated with the last one, so it is fine to be associated with one or two. Even if one who has attained detachment from the form realm of the non-returner falls from the Arhat fruit, he is still associated with seven and eight. Second, if one has not detached from desire for the form realm, and attains the fruit of the non-returner abider and the Arhat fruit, how can there be only one omniscience when there are so many abandonments? At that time, detachment from desire from the first and third realms, and the two causes of attaining the non-returner and Arhat fruit are complete, so at that time, those omniscience are summarized, and established as the final similar division abandonment and the omniscience of the exhaustion of all defilements. Therefore, although there are Stream-enterers and Once-returners who have attained the fruit, it is because there is no detachment from desire from the realms, and the non-returner has detachment from the form realm, but has the first but not the second. Others do not have both. Fourth, giving up and obtaining is, how many omniscience are given up or obtained? Some, that is, if one falls from the Arhat fruit, one gives up the last one. Similarly, if the noble non-returner who has not detached from desire for the form realm loses detachment from desire for the desire realm, he gives up the seventh one. Some give up two, that is, if the non-returner's detachment from the form realm is lost by desire realm afflictions, or if one attains the Arhat fruit because of this, one gives up seven and eight. Some give up five, that is, one gives up the first five in the sixteenth moment of the preliminary detachment from desire. For this, although one does not give up the omniscience of the path of seeing what is to be abandoned of the two above, one previously detached from desire from the realms.
