It is said that this is similar to those with land, just like the milk in the body of other non-milking cows. However, the word "ཀྱང་" indicates that there is not only a distinction for non-compounded things. That is, the five aggregates of form, feeling, etc. These are the characteristics of compounded things. The Sarvastivadins believe that the aggregates are different entities. The Sautrantikas believe that the aggregates are nominally established, and that form and mind are real. The form aggregate is a collection of different bases, like a ball of Lhasin. Secondly, there are two types: the general characteristics of the five aggregates, and the individual characteristics of the contaminated aggregates. First, these aggregates themselves are established in the three times. Because "གཏམ་གཞི་སྟེ་" indicates the meaning of what is said, and the non-compounded things are said very little, or the mind that takes itself as an object is also taken as a cause, so it does not arise, so it is not established there. Compounded things are necessarily accompanied by liberation from suffering, so the truth of the path is also abandoned. Furthermore, it can also be called having a cause or basis. Second, specifically, which contaminated compounded things are also the aggregates of appropriation? Appropriation is affliction, and it arises from affliction, like the fire of grass and chaff. Or, because afflictions arise from these aggregates, like a fruit-bearing tree. Or, relying on afflictions, like the king's man. Furthermore, these contaminated things are also called accompanied by struggling afflictions because they harm themselves and others. Because they are associated with the three sufferings, they are suffering. Because the contaminated is the cause, all the sufferings that are transformed from cause to effect are arising. Becoming the world, and because views such as self-view will increase in this contaminated thing, it is called the place of view. That is, taking the last aggregate of the Arhat as the object, the appropriation of other continuums arises. If all afflictions increase in the contaminated, then why is it only the place of view? Because for all contaminated things, at all times, they are held to be permanent with countless kinds. Although ignorance is present at all times, the associated afflictions such as attachment are not of countless kinds, so like the associated attachment, etc., they can be separately understood. Doubt is not holding onto permanence. From beginningless samsara, existence is also a name for these contaminated aggregates. Second, the detailed explanation is divided into three: explaining the form aggregate.

Explanation of the three: feeling, ideation, and volition. This is an explanation of the aggregate of consciousness. In the first part, the actual explanation of the form aggregate, and the two ways it is divided into sense bases and elements. The first part includes two sections: doctrine and explanation. First, form is the eleven: the five sense faculties such as the eye, the five objects such as form, and non-manifestation. Another explanation says fifteen, which is because the four tangible objects are separated. The definition is that which can be seen as form. This is also produced by the four elements as a cause, the clear form is the basis of eye consciousness and so on. Like the zarma flower, a bent barley spike, a polished copper needle, a cut moon, the soft skin of a bird, and so on. The second part is a detailed explanation, divided into the form that arises as a result and the form that arises as a cause. The first is divided into general form and non-manifest form. The first is divided into internal sense base form and external sense base form. First, the eye and so on, or form and so on, each of which becomes the basis of its respective consciousness, the eye and so on, which are tangible things, are the faculties. Second, the object of the eye, form, is divided into two types: shape and color, and if divided further, there are twenty types. The fundamental colors are four: blue, yellow, white, and red. The subdivisions of these include clouds and smoke, dust, fog, the sun, shadows, light and darkness, which are the eight branch colors. Long, short, square, round, high, low, flat, and uneven are the eight shapes of form. Among these, square is quadrilateral, and round is spherical. The combination of blue and red is black, and so on. Some add blue sky on top of that and say twenty-one. The Abhidharmasamuccaya says twenty-five. This is to refute the idea that the eight branches do not have substance, so they are not form. The Sutra School believes that shape has no substance. The Vaibhashikas believe that there are four possibilities of is and is not between the two. Sound has eight types, which are produced by two causes: apprehended arising and non-apprehended arising. Each of these is divided into two types: expressing sentient beings, expressing meaning, and not expressing meaning. Each of these is divided into two types: pleasant and unpleasant, for a total of eight. Among these, the non-apprehended cause arises, expressing sentient beings, is like the sound of a divine drum. Taste has six types: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, bitter, and astringent. Smell has two types: fragrant and non-fragrant. Each of these is divided into harmonious and unharmonious.
