It is taught for the sake of attaining (Buddhahood). Like that, diligently practicing on the path, and contemplating the two accumulations, not entering into the vast realm but being inferior, and being able to attain the ultimate fruit in a short time, such as three lifetimes, therefore, those five thoughts and so on, whatever is inferior to the Mahayana, that in any aspect, in terms of the nature of the path itself, is only inferior to the Mahayana, how can it become the Mahayana? Saying that the accusations of not entering the Sutra Pitaka and so on are meaningless, because it is not in accordance with the Mahayana, it cannot be established as the teachings of the Mahayana, it is not like that, because there are also inconsistencies among the Sutra Pitakas of the Shravaka schools. Thinking that it is not in accordance with our conjectures of the Sutra Pitaka and so on, that is your own thinking error, not a fault of the Mahayana Dharma, because you have not understood the profound meaning of the Sutra Pitaka, so you think it is contradictory, but the Buddha's previous and subsequent words are not contradictory in meaning. Mahayana practitioners also believe that the Three Jewels and the dharmas of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases are merely imputed or nominally established in the eyes of children. You cannot understand that these are truly established and not false in any aspect, and that the self-nature of these dharmas does not exist in the ultimate sense, so the Buddha also only followed the conventional nominal terms and spoke of arising and ceasing, purification, what is to be abandoned, and antidotes, and even though he did not teach that all dharmas are without self-nature, he did not teach that emptiness is not without self-nature, because (the Buddha said) form is like a mass of foam, and the five aggregates are like chaff, like illusions, these are also taught in the Shravaka vehicle. Therefore, relying on the Mahayana, which is more profound and vast than the Shravaka vehicle, the three higher trainings are taught, and it has the three pitakas of Sutra, Vinaya, and Abhidharma. Because it enters into its own Sutra Pitaka, and because it appears to subdue the afflictions of the Mahayana itself, and because it accurately explains the profound and vast meaning, there is no contradiction with the Dharma nature taught in the Mahayana Abhidharma. Before, it was said that it is not the object of thought, that is not certain, if you think that thinkers and observers can create anything, that is not the case, thought refers to

They only speculate and investigate the objects of what is seen in front of them, and cannot delve into the profound meaning beyond what is seen, so they are called speculators. Such speculators rely on the signs and reasons spoken by others or seen by themselves, and only speculate. They are not completely certain about all knowable things, and only think about the superficial meanings that their own wisdom can tolerate. Therefore, they cannot cover all knowable knowledge, nor do they understand the profound meaning of suchness emptiness, but are those who have the object of conventional phenomena that can be understood by the senses and mind of what is seen in front of them. They lack the courage to measure things that are profound and vast in meaning, and feel frustrated because they cannot measure them. These people want to rely on ignorant ordinary people. Therefore, the Great Vehicle, which expounds the meaning that is very profound and difficult to understand, and vast and boundless, is not the object of speculation. The Dharma spoken by the Buddha has the omniscient wisdom, and transcends all the above-mentioned characteristics of speculation such as relying on others, and is inconceivable. Therefore, it is impossible for such a Dharma to arise in the teachings of speculators and non-Buddhists (referring to religious or philosophical schools that do not believe in Buddhism). Therefore, in their treatises, it is impossible to see such things as the earth and pāramitā (藏文:ཕར་ཕྱིན་,梵文天城体:पारमिता,梵文罗马拟音:pāramitā,汉语字面意思:to the other shore) emptiness (藏文:སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་,梵文天城体:शून्यता,梵文罗马拟音:śūnyatā,汉语字面意思:emptiness) and other contents explained in the Great Vehicle. If the Hearer Vehicle does not explain the method of attaining Buddhahood, then how does the Great Vehicle explain it? Because of the vastness, etc., a verse is said: Because it explains the vast Dharma such as the earth and pāramitā, and because it explains the profound emptiness of suchness. Vastness is relying on the accumulation of merit to fully mature one's own continuum, and profundity is the arising of non-conceptual wisdom by virtue of realizing emptiness. Therefore, the Great Vehicle explains these two aspects of profundity and vastness, which is the method of achieving unsurpassed Bodhi. The Hearer Vehicle seeks to pacify the suffering of samsara for their own benefit. They only understand the selflessness of persons, so compared to the Great Vehicle, their wisdom of realizing suchness is as small as the sky in a mustard seed eaten by worms, and what they realize is also
