From the very beginning, the world is completely pure, it is the pure land of the Buddha. All sentient beings abiding therein are determined to be of the nature of Vajravarahi, and meditate in this way. Regarding the body being completely pure, appearing as a celestial palace, as it says: The self-body is a square of one fathom, Possessing the nature of the five elements, Fire mountain, charnel ground, wish-fulfilling tree, Self-born wisdom palace. Therefore, holding the self-body as pure and impure, wide and narrow, is to meditate as a countermeasure against not realizing the self-body as a palace. The body is the aggregation of the five elements, the nature of the five mothers, the palace that is originally spontaneously accomplished, determine it as such and meditate. Regarding the mind being completely pure, meditating as the body of Vajravarahi, as it says: Self-mind, pure Varahi's body, One face, two hands, body black in color, Right holds a curved knife, left holds a skull cup, Khaṭvāṅga Khaṭvāṅga) is placed at the heart, Well adorned with charnel ground ornaments, Red-black hair piled like clouds, Five skulls as the crown ornament, Pig face on the crown of the head in the space, On a seat of a corpse without thought, With a posture of stretching and contracting, A wrathful form subduing samsara. Therefore, the phenomena of samsara are originally unestablished, but due to clinging to "I" and "mine," one is deluded into samsara, and one meditates as a countermeasure against this delusion. One's own mind is originally the Dharmata, the ultimate Vajravarahi, therefore, it is only a matter of clarifying what is already so, and apart from that, there is no need to separately accomplish or generate it, so determine this and meditate. Originally, one's own deity is the collection of all Buddhas, therefore, originally, the samaya and wisdom are accomplished as inseparable, so there is no need to invite the wisdom being to merge, etc. As it says in "Amazing King": Originally, the spontaneously equal mandala, Knowing it as such and meditating, In the manner of different thoughts in sequence, There is no need for invitation or supplication here. Second, how to meditate after understanding the key points: On a comfortable cushion, straighten the body in the seven-point posture, with refuge, bodhicitta, and guru yoga as preliminaries. From emptiness, the place is completely pure, it is the pure land of the Buddha. One's own body is completely pure, in the center of the protective circle, in the center of the red-black burning Dharmodaya, surrounded by the eight great charnel grounds, on a lotus, sun disc, and corpse seat. Mind itself is completely pure, the Bhagavati Vajravarahi, in an instant, suddenly appears as the wrathful mother. After appearing, in that moment of continuity, for a moment, the mind...

Put it down and interrupt. Again, meditate with concentration and repeatedly train to hold the mind as before. If (the deity) is not clear, then take a beautiful painted image and make it have the luster of a mirror, and then stare intently at the image itself, without letting the mind wander elsewhere, and keep it for a long time. Again, let the same image appear in the mind, and then meditate on yourself becoming like that for a while. In this way, alternate between looking and meditating. If it is clear, continue on the basis of clarity. If it is not clear, continue on the basis of unclearness and repeatedly make it clear. From time to time, relax the consciousness and rest. When sleeping or ending a session, dissolve the outer container and inner contents, including the palace, into light and absorb it into yourself. Abide yourself in the deity's body, which is appearance and emptiness.
