From then on, integrate the wind of Vajra recitation, and learn the sequence of collecting outer and inner essences, which is the yoga of the daytime: Clearly visualize your own body's outer form as the deity's appearance, with the three inner channels and the heart's bindu as before. With the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), as the breath goes out, all the outer and inner essences of the three realms tremble and shake, and dissolve into light. With the sound of Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), as the breath enters, all stability and movement dissolve into the heart's bindu in the form of light through the path of the central channel. With the sound of Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ), as the breath abides, everything is purified into emptiness, and remain in that state, at the time of the collection sequence, recognize the wisdom of bliss, and at the time of abiding in emptiness, recognize the wisdom of emptiness. From that state of emptiness, like a fish leaping from clear water, generate the wheel of the mandala in stages, this is the second session, which is the yoga of the daytime. By its power, just by changing the intention before falling asleep, one can naturally grasp the dream, thereby causing oneself to enter into luminosity and arise as the deity's body, etc. As it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: "This body like a rainbow, is obtained by meditating on it." And as it is said in the Illusion Net Path Sequence: "Even in dreams, see it as illusion." Just like that. Although it will transform in this way, but in order to easily generate experience, and to increase the experience that has arisen, as it is said in the instructions that separately distinguish the yoga of the night, during the day, diligently apply yourself to the previous sequence of collecting outer and inner essences. When sleeping at night, because half of life is spent in sleep, think that you must take this as the path. Focus your mind on the bindu in the heart, do not be too lax, and when falling asleep, in the state between sleep and dreams, without being cut off by conceptual thoughts, focus on the bindu without distraction. It is said that in deep sleep, the wisdom of emptiness abides in the clear emptiness without dreams, and from the bliss-wind, one will manifestly arise as the deity's body, this is the third session. Here, the signs of grasping the luminosity of deep sleep and the luminosity of light sleep, and the key points of the time of grasping, etc., the profound key points, should be learned from the oral instructions. If those of dull faculties do not grasp it, then whatever appears during the day, I sleep

Having fallen asleep. Thinking that these appearances are dream appearances, one should always practice with single-pointed mindfulness. When sleeping at night, with the strong intention of capturing the dream tonight, visualizing oneself as the deity, focusing single-pointedly on the very subtle red bindu in the throat, without being interrupted by other thoughts. By sleeping in a squatting or lion posture, when a faint appearance of thought arises, recognize it as the cause of the dream. Without opening the eyes, transform what is grasped into more appearances, so that the practice will last for a long time, this is the fourth point of focus. Thus, when the dream is captured and stabilized, during the day, with strong intention, thinking: I have fallen asleep, all this is the appearance of a dream. Since I have practiced the appearance of a dream in this way, now I must manifest reality in this dream body. Then, gathering the previous container and contents into luminosity, and practicing only the yoga of rising as a deity, without being interrupted by other ordinary thoughts, practice again and again, this is the fifth point of focus. When familiar with this, when sleeping, with the strong intention of: Tonight, sleep will appear as luminosity, and dreams will appear as an illusory deity body. As before, placing the mind in the bindu of the heart and falling asleep. The continuum of sleep and dreams is interrupted. Sleep becomes deep and luminosity appears, and dreams appear as an illusory deity body. In the night's instructions, it says: Even those with dull faculties, by combining the daytime appearances with the yoga of sleep, and meditating single-pointedly, will manifest the luminosity of sleep, and dreams will be accomplished as the wisdom body. As it is said, this is the sixth point of focus. Thus, having become familiar with the practice of heart vajra yoga by striving day and night without interruption, how to accomplish this ordinary body as a deity body from bliss, wind, and mind, and then how to accomplish the wisdom body of supreme accomplishment through the union of mudras, these two methods will be explained later at the time of the result. These are the heart vajra yoga. Second, there are four ways to manifest the unchanging, permanent fruit: For those of supreme diligence, at the sight of dharmata; for those of intermediate diligence, in the bardo; for those of least diligence, in the next life, to be united with supreme accomplishment; and for the lazy, to connect with the instructions of forced transference of consciousness.
