Skull Cup Four: On the six corners of the Dharma source (chos 'byung), draw one left-turning Yungdrung each, and in the center, write the mantra of the main deity, Hayagriva, together with his consort. Considering the forehead side of the skull cup as the east, on the four petals, write the mantras of the four families of father and mother deities, such as "Om Vajra Dhāka Dhāki Hara Samaya Hum (ༀ་བཛྲ་དྷཱ་ཀ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ཧ་ར་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།, oṃ vajra ḍhāka ḍhāki hara samaya hūṃ, 嗡 瓦吉拉 达卡 达给 哈ra 萨玛雅 吽)". Inside it, place the five meats, five amritas, six excellences, three fruits, white sugar, precious substances, grains, medicines, good fragrances, ghee, sindhura, etc., which have been tamed by straining through a cloth, and increase the volume with rice flour. Mix with good wine and the pure semen of young boys and girls, and with the lineage of pills from the upper-level sadhana materials of the Lдеги, make pills the size of juniper seeds, colored with vermilion, no less than a hundred, wrap them in red silk and place them in the skull cup. If the skull cup is not full, fill the edges with precious substances, grains, medicines, good fragrances, etc. On top of the red silk cover, evenly moisten the surface of a rotating mirror with amrita. Then, spread out the sindhura, which has been poured into a silk or cotton filter contaminated with the essence of young women, evenly by rubbing it with the left thumb and forefinger. With a golden spoon held by the left thumb and forefinger, draw the mandala of the skull cup as it should be. On top of these, cover with a red silk canopy, leaving an opening in the front. The secret support is: stretch the placenta and flesh of a newly slaughtered female animal after separating them. If not available, use barley husk or paper. Mix semen, blood, and vermilion as writing materials, and draw two four-spoked wheels, large or small, without distinction, surrounded by an outer circle. In the center of the male wheel, write "Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, 赫利)" followed by the ten and sixteen syllables of the main mantra. On the four spokes, write the mantras of the four families of dakinis, with the two deities of the north and south exchanging positions, written in a left-turning manner. In the center of the female wheel, write "Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, 赫利)" followed by the nine syllables of the mother mantra. On the four spokes, write the mantras of the four families of dakinis, written in a clockwise manner. On the outer circle of both, write the subjugation mantra, ending with "Hero (དཔའ་བོས།)" for the male wheel and "Heroine (དཔའ་མོས།)" for the female wheel. At the end of each, add any desired subjugation words, such as "All accomplishments of the mundane and supramundane, Pasha Kuru Hum Jah (པཱ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛཿ)", and then write the skull cup wheel.

Cover it with six kinds of incense. After writing it in this way, being endowed with my own yoga, purify it with the wheel's ablution as a preliminary. From emptiness, generate the male wheel, the Great Compassionate Father, surrounded by the heroes of the four families; the female wheel, the Mother, surrounded by the dakinis of the four families. Perform the wisdom invitation, absorption, offering, and praise. Visualize that immeasurable red rays of light emanate from the mantra garlands at the hearts of yourself and the deities of the wheel. Like a magnet attracting iron filings, gather all the beings of the three realms, including the great and powerful ones, and dissolve them into the wheel. Recite the mantra of the main deity and retinue, combined with the mantra of subjugation, and cast it upon the wheel. Also recite the heart of dependent origination as appropriate, and scatter flowers. Then, fold the two wheels together face to face, and wrap them in red silk. Place it in a copper or red sandalwood gau box, without turning it upside down, and hang it around the neck of the practitioner. In front of the mandala, place a four-petaled skull cup, filled with a torma decorated with the five meats, five nectars, and nine excellent foods, and insert a prayer request for the desired purpose inside. To its right and left, place skull cups with characteristics, filled with nectar pills and medicinal alcohol mixed with thirty-five red medicines, and arrange outer and inner offerings around the perimeter, as much as is available. In particular, arrange great fat incense, great wax candles, leg bone trumpets, and skull drums. Arrange common protectors as appropriate, and special offering tormas for the protectors and treasure protectors in copper basins. In skull cups with characteristics, arrange one of the nine excellent foods each evening, or arrange a ransom torma for the dakinis that can be offered. In addition, there are the implements for the tsog offering, and as a symbol and correspondence, under your own seat, arrange a drawing of a white grain swastika, and in front of it or to the right, gather all the implements such as the inner offering, vajra bell, etc. These are supplementary instructions for the arrangement. (Sanskrit Devanagari) guru (Sanskrit Romanization) the Guru. Supplementary instructions for the branch of outer practice and approach: After completing the arrangement, wash your hands and mouth with the five nectars, bathe your body with fragrant water, sit on the seat in a meditative posture, first cast out the obstacle torma in the evening session, then contemplate the protection wheel, and from that evening session and the second day onwards
