I will explain here, introducing the supreme co-emergent in an unmistakable way. In short, at all times and places, one should guard the nature of awareness, which is free from bias, vast, clear, and empty, self-arising and self-liberating, without any attachment. In this way, the self-nature of awareness will not be established anywhere. Like the state of unborn emptiness, like a spotless mirror that is pitch black, this is the Dharmakaya. Its self-radiance, great compassion, appears uninterruptedly in the form of bliss, clear, vivid, and radiant, bright and unpolluted by grasping. Like a spotless mirror, its self-nature is clear and transparent without any obscuration. This is the Sambhogakaya. As it appears, it is also empty. The essence of emptiness is also appearance. The self-nature of clarity and emptiness is inseparable. The power of co-emergence appears self-arising and self-liberating. Like the reflection of an image in a clear mirror, this is the Nirmanakaya. These three bodies are inseparable in nature. The spotless clarity, the brightness, the appearance, these three are also like a single taste in the state of a mirror. This is the Svabhavikakaya. As the "Two Without Difference Victorious King Sutra" says: Unborn is the Dharmakaya, unceasing is the perfect Sambhogakaya, various appearances are the Nirmanakaya, and inseparable is the Svabhavikakaya. Second, introducing through the door of practice, first introducing the cause of samadhi: A practitioner with renunciation, whose body and speech are not disturbed by noise, and whose mind is not moved by distraction, possesses faith, discipline, contentment, and guards the three doors, etc., the common causes and conditions for the arising of calm abiding, as well as the preliminaries for making the vessel suitable for the path, the essential seven points of the actual body, the essential point of the senses is the way of seeing, the essential point of speech is the naturalness of breath, the essential point of mind is not being controlled by sinking and excitement, without abandoning or dwelling, the special essential point of abiding without distraction. Relying on such abiding, introducing the way in which samadhi arises in stages: Although Nubchen symbolizes the three experiences of wavering, attainment, and habit with the three metaphors of the flowing water of a cliff, the slow flow of a river, and the depths of the ocean, if we explain according to the five experiences mentioned by Vimalamitra in the "Commentary on Mudra Meditation," the first is the experience of wavering: When practicing, one feels that there are more thoughts, this is because one wants to generate the mind of practice, so one recognizes the thoughts.

is the experience, like water flowing from a steep cliff. Then, the experience of attainment is: when thoughts arise, they settle down slightly and peacefully, which is the experience of thoughts resting, like water flowing from a narrow cave. Then, the experience of habituation is: most of the time abiding in non-thought, and occasionally some vague thoughts arise, which is the experience of thoughts being exhausted, like the behavior of an old person. Then, the experience of stability is: most of the time abiding in vast non-thought, slightly disturbed by circumstances, so that thoughts can be moved, like a small lake stirred by a gentle breeze. Then, the experience of completion is: without clinging to the appearance of objects, the mind abides clearly and purely without contraction or expansion, undisturbed by any circumstances, and on top of that, when further progress is made, thoughts cannot be moved, and the experience of freedom is attained, like a great ocean without waves or a great mountain. Then, the introduction to the warm signs of samadhi is: through the power of practice, the three doors are completely tamed, so the body is relaxed and comfortable, the breath of speech flows gently and slowly, and one feels unaware of it, the mind dissolves into a state of non-thought, and seeing all compounded things as false and unreal, attachment naturally subsides, and one treats the eight worldly dharmas equally, and to sentient beings wandering and acting in the illusory-like samsara, one generates genuine compassion without near or far, and one does not care about worries about food and clothing, cold and heat, difficulty and ease, suffering and happiness, love and hate, evil words, etc. In particular, when the mind is controlled, the five winds are also controlled, and the signs of controlling them are also the experience of the body, the experience of speech, the experience of the mind, the experience of dreams, and the limitless signs of visual experiences such as mirages, and the signs of qualities such as obtaining the five superknowledges and fearlessness in speaking the Dharma of definitive meaning also arise in abundance, so it is very important to introduce them according to the order of the arising of experience and realization. Then, the introduction to the nature of samadhi itself is: shamatha and vipashyana. As it is said: Relying on true abiding, In order to settle the mind on the mind, In order to properly distinguish dharmas, It is shamatha and vipashyana. Therefore, dullness and agitation
