There is no such thing! Even Brahma, Indra, and the Universal Monarchs die like butterflies scattered by the wind, not knowing where they will be born or where they will go. Like the sun in the clouds, the victories and defeats, joys and sorrows of samsara can only be experienced in turn, and no one can possess them alone forever, so they are not to be trusted. In particular, even hearing about the suffering of the three lower realms caused by defiled non-virtuous actions is unbearable, enough to make one's heart pound with fear. Even if one is fortunate enough to be born in the heavens, all kinds of suffering will arise there as well. We ourselves have only accumulated sins, so our destination will not go beyond the realm of samsara. Whether born in the high or low places of samsara, it is all accumulation of suffering, welcoming and sending off suffering, waves of suffering, the nature of suffering, so one must be like a criminal escaping from prison. Now, one must generate a genuine, not artificial, determination to be liberated from samsara. This is the third point of contemplation. Other than the Three Jewels, there is nothing that can protect one from such terrifying suffering of samsara, so one should think that the Three Jewels alone are the refuge and reliance. Visualize this place as flat as the palm of one's hand, in the center of which grows a wish-fulfilling tree, with branches extending to the center and the four directions. On the central trunk, there is a high and wide seat, on which the root guru resides, and above that are the successive gurus of the lineage, stacked in layers, manifesting as the essence of all refuge objects. From the branches extending to the four directions, in front are the special Buddha-deities, on the right are the common Buddhas such as Shakyamuni, in the back is the Dharma Jewel, presented as stacked scriptures, on the left is the common Sangha, including Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and other noble beings. Around these, visualize the special Sangha, Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, Wisdom Beings, etc., residing densely like clouds. And visualize that around oneself, there are countless sentient beings, like the dust of the earth, without distinction of friend or foe, and that one is leading them, taking refuge with strong devotion and longing. Namo! (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) To the Sugatas of all times and directions, etc., until satisfaction is attained.

Recite repeatedly, and finally, the rays of light emanating from the bodies of the objects of refuge purify the sins and obscurations of oneself and others. All sentient beings go to pure lands. Visualize the objects of refuge dissolving into light and merging into oneself, then dedicate the merit. When sleeping, do not dismantle the object of focus, but rather face it with your head and sleep while cultivating devotion. This is the fourth stage of visualization. These countless sentient beings pervading the sky have all been one's parents countless times and are all kind. However, just as a mad dog does not recognize its owner, they do not recognize each other as parents and children. Everyone desires happiness, but their actions are contrary, seeking happiness but creating suffering. These mad ones are so pitiful. For their sake, I will rely on this profound path, like searching for a rope to retrieve a mother carried away by a flood, and attain the state of Buddhahood. May all sentient beings be placed in the eternal bliss of liberation. Thinking in this way, recite from the depths of your heart, "Hoḥ (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) From this day forth," etc. Combine the giving and taking of happiness and suffering with the inhalation and exhalation of breath. Finally, relax for a moment in a state of non-attachment and dedicate the merit. This is the fifth stage of visualization. Second, regarding the uncommon preliminaries, there are also three stages of visualization. On the lotus, sun, and moon disc above one's crown, there is a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable. From that, light radiates, gathers, and completely transforms into the Guru Vajrasattva, with a white body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a vajra at the heart, and the left hand holds a bell at the hip, embracing a consort similar to oneself. Adorned with all ornaments of silk and jewels, seated in the bodhisattva posture. In his heart, on a lotus and moon, there is a white vajra standing upright, with a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable at the center of the vajra, surrounded by a garland of the hundred-syllable mantra. By visualizing and reciting the hundred-syllable mantra, a stream of nectar, clear and shimmering, descends from the garland of mantras in his heart and from all parts of his body, entering through the fontanelle. All diseases, evil spirits, and sins emerge from the doors of the senses and the pores of the skin in the form of pus, blood, tiny creatures, and smoke. One's own body is purified like a crystal ball, and all parts are filled with the stream of nectar.
