Arrange (the offerings) in front of the skull cup. In addition, arrange the tormas of the yidam, dharma protectors, and treasure guardians, etc., and the essence of nectar and blood offerings on their left and right sides. Around them, arrange the differences between inner and outer offerings according to the practice, and arrange them well. Come to a place facing the object of refuge, draw a right-turning Yungdrung (swastika) symbol with rice or white earth, and spread a soft and comfortable cushion on top of the kusha grass. Place the vajra bell, hand drum, inner offering, and torma, etc., in front of it. In addition, prepare all the necessary equipment, such as tsok offerings, etc., that are needed here. First, thinking of the rarity and impermanence of human life, in order to generate samadhi, abandon the actions of the body, the speech of language, and the attachment and aversion of the mind, and abandon the attachment to worldly perfections. No matter what happens, resolve not to do anything that is not in accordance with the Dharma, treat the lama with strong devotion, treat sentient beings with compassion, and because you know the benefits of samadhi, repeatedly and clearly recognize how good it is to be able to practice this deity. In this way, inspire your own mindstream, practice the yoga of the deity, mantra, name, etc., and realize that its nature is empty, achieve the emptiness of the three wheels, and reach the state of no characteristics. In the breaks between sessions, perform prostrations, offerings, etc., with a strong sense of repentance to accumulate merit and purify obscurations, and earnestly pray that there will be no obstacles to practice and that accomplishments will be quickly attained. Like this, for a week, three days, or one day, etc., before actually starting the practice, perform four or two sessions, etc., according to your ability, discipline your body and mind, and act in accordance with the Dharma. These can also be done before determining the break time between sessions, and if there is no special need, it is best to do it at this time, because this is what the scriptures prescribe, and it will not be interrupted by other distractions. Second, the main practice is to practice through the order of four sessions. That is, dawn, morning, afternoon, and dusk, divided into four sessions, so that behavior is easy to enter and is neat and appropriate. For the time being, allow the accumulation and purification mentioned earlier to be stopped, starting from that night, or the next morning, whichever session is convenient. Here, taking the latter as the standard, get up in the morning with the yoga of getting up, and think of a comfortable cushion.

Cutting off the permanent way of dwelling, etc. Mudra (Tibetan: བརྡའ་སྒོ།), gesture (Tibetan: བརྡའ་ཕྱག), vows, blessings, consecration of offerings, confession, which are the seven preliminary practices, are completed as in the preliminary practice manual. From the main practice of the three samadhis onwards, all the objects of practice, the basis of practice, and the object to be practiced are contemplated as inseparable from oneself and the front, gathered by a single mandala of samaya. To contemplate this is to abide in the meaning of this text. That is, all dharmas are primordially, naturally, completely pure, emptiness, free from elaboration, and the spontaneously arisen wisdom. To abide in the state of suchness is the samadhi of suchness. For sentient beings who have not realized this, to contemplate boundless compassion like an illusion, pervading the sky, is the all-appearing. To contemplate the nature of the union of emptiness and compassion, the blue Hūṃ syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), is the cause samadhi. These three purify and combine the habitual tendencies of the three states of birth, death, and bardo. That samadhi purifies death and makes the dharmakāya the path. The all-samadhi purifies the bardo and makes the sambhogakāya the path. The cause samadhi, together with the wheel of the fruition mandala, purifies the activities of existence and various actions, and makes the activities of the nirmāṇakāya, etc., the path. Finally, the wheel of the mandala is gathered into clear light, and by rising from the clear light, it purifies the habitual tendencies of future existences related to rebirth, and symbolizes benefiting beings from the state of the svabhāvikakāya. Furthermore, the suffering that is to be purified by the mantra path is in reality nothing other than ordinary appearances and attachments. Among them, appearance is the impure world of vessel and contents, the appearance of a deluded mind; attachment is the continuous stream of thoughts following one another. Entrusting the connection to thoughts and transforming the appearance into a deity, abiding in that state. The thought of connection is called the subtle inner attention, but because it is not continuous, it is not an ordinary thought. Therefore, all impure appearances are purified by the emptiness of that samadhi, and from that state, the power arises as compassion, and the clear appearance of the deity's form appears vividly in an instant, and the mind focuses on this. If it is not clear, then observe the extremes of sinking and excitement. If sinking, contemplate gradually from the bottom up, and if excited, contemplate gradually from the top down, focusing the mind on the parts of the body.
