Achievement! May the achievements that are spontaneously accomplished through cause and effect now be granted to us practitioners! Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ! Thus, urging accomplishment, touch the supports of practice to the three places. Finally, visualize the deity in front dissolving into light and merging into one's own heart and life force, becoming inseparable. Considering the torma and other substances as the nectar of accomplishment, by tasting it, the uncontaminated nectar pervades all the channels and elements, and the wisdom of great bliss blazes forth, remain in equipoise. After that, the tsok offering and the common and specific torma offerings should also be performed. These can be done before obtaining accomplishments, or it is not contradictory to do them at this time, and it is easy to practice. In any case, offer praise and apologies of gratitude. If it is a sand mandala, invite the wisdom beings to depart, or dissolve them into the supports such as painted images. If it is a painted cloth, perform the stable abiding. Gather the commitment beings, including the protective circle. Rise as the deity of the session break, and adorn the end with aspirations and auspicious words. Then, offer the to torma as before and invite them to depart, and then release the to. After that, the remaining offerings and the protectors of the place should be performed according to the general secret practice. Accumulate the peaceful fire offering to complete the recitation, accumulating one-tenth of the number. If possible, it is not contradictory to do it before releasing the to and at these times. The third aspect is the state of accomplishment as a result. In the root accomplishment practice, it says: "The signs of accomplishment are the arising of three great heats: the heat of manifestation, the heat of light, and the heat of heat." As it is said, the first is: I, the great glorious one, spontaneously manifest and am not moved by conditions, the painted image smiles, the torma burns, the rakta boils, and so on. The second is: light radiates from one's own body, the butter lamp burns strangely, and so on. The third is: the deity, mantra, and dharmata become confidence, so ordinary thoughts do not arise. The body is as light as cotton, and one does not feel its existence, worms do not appear and the smell is fragrant, and the dakinis gather and work like swans in a lake with the sound of rulu. Furthermore, the external substances of practice are symbols representing the mandala of the body, speech, and mind of the one to be accomplished. Internally, one's own three doors become the body, speech, and mind of the great glorious one.

In order to purify the defilements of the channels, winds, and bindus of the nature of complete perfection from the very beginning, and to attain the indestructible fruit, the essence of the three kayas, it is said: "All Buddhas, great bliss, are gathered together, The profound yoga completes the three kayas." In short, to obtain the two types of accomplishments, from the initial grasp of the essentials to the final completion, it is exemplified by the qualities of realization. In this root sadhana, the single mandala, the fifty-eight deities, and the nine deities are mentioned. Among them, the essence of the meaning of true accomplishment is the nine deities themselves. The six faces and six hands on the right and left of the main deity, combined with the eight mothers, also confirm the nine deities. In this very text, it says: "The extraordinary instructions are the heart essence, Although there are countless deity meditations with elaborations, The essence of the meaning is only the nine deities." The practice of the nine deities is established as the most excellent, and it is easy to enter into practice, so it is concise and appropriate in its elaboration and condensation. Therefore, it is arranged as a means of single-pointed recitation and accomplishment. If it is to be extremely condensed, the practice can be summarized concisely as "Rulu eight syllables, three sets of seven phrases." First, purify the appearance and attachment of the ordinary body with the seven-branch ritual, thereby taking the path of the deity's form. Second, purify the appearance and attachment of ordinary speech with the seven branches (offerings, etc.), thereby taking the path of sound. Third, purify the appearance and attachment of the ordinary mind with the seven dissolutions, thereby taking the path of thoughts, and diligently focus on the recitation of Rulu in sequence. Furthermore, in all activities, one should know that the three doors are the deity, mantra, and dharmata, and diligently practice, etc. These methods of practicing yoga day and night should be practiced according to the root text, combined with one's own understanding. This is the condensed recitation manual of the Great Glorious Heruka Heart Essence Nine Deities, requested by Ngawang Pema, who possesses the wealth of faith, diligence, and wisdom, and written by the lazy old man Gyurme Dorje at the age of fifty-nine.
