This is the expression for entering the profound Dharma. Third, because it is a word of faith, it is the Dharma of Scripture. As it says in the Sutras: Scripture is a word of faith, faults are exhausted, it is a word of truth, it will not be spoken, because there is no reason, know that the exhaustion of faults is Scripture. Thus it is said. Fourth, there are two types: the Buddha's words and the treatises. As it says in the covenant of the "Collected Grounds of the Sugatas": All the teachings of the Great Sage, when collected, are the two: the Buddha's words and the treatises. Thus it is said. The Buddha's words have a definition, meaning, and divisions. First, what is the definition of the Buddha's words? It is the excellent speech of the Victorious One, which arises in dependence on the Buddha, who shows his own unique cause and condition, and which possesses four distinctions, residing in the Sutras or Tantras. That is, what is expressed is meaningful, the expressive words are pure and stainless, the function is to abandon the afflictions of the three realms, and the result is to show the benefit of peace. As it is said in the Sutra that encourages superior intention with four distinctions. As it says in the Uttaratantra: Whatever speech is meaningful, closely related to the Dharma, abandons afflictions from all three realms, and shows the benefit of peace, that is the speech of the sage, and the opposite is not. Thus it is said. Second, what is the meaning of the Buddha's words? From the sound of subhāṣita (सुभाषित,subhāṣita,well-spoken), because it is well-spoken, it is the Buddha's words. Scriptures, treatises, and scriptures are all synonyms. Third, what are the divisions of the Buddha's words? There are five divisions from the perspective of cause, time, category, antidote, and faculty. First, what is the division from the perspective of cause? As it says in the continuation of the previous scripture of the Guhyasamaja: The Buddha's words have three aspects: spoken from the mouth, blessed, and permitted. Therefore, there are three types of Buddha's words: those spoken from the mouth, those blessed, and those permitted. The first is like the "Arya Samgiti Sutra", which the Teacher spoke after being welcomed, and the "Manjushri-nama-samgiti", which was spoken after being requested by the retinue. The second has the Buddha's words blessed by body, speech, and mind. The first is like the "Dashabhumika Sutra", which the Bhagavan spoke after placing his hand on the crown of Vajragarbha and Vimukticandra, and they developed the courage to teach and ask questions. The second is like the Bhagavan saying to Manjushri: Please extinguish the regret of Ajatashatru, and Manjushri spoke the sutra that extinguished the regret of Ajatashatru. The third is the blessing of mind.

The Samadhi of Earth, the teachings blessed by the power of your truth, by the power of your compassion. Firstly, like the Bhagavan, through the power of abiding in the profound Samadhi of appearance, Shariputra and Avalokiteshvara expounded the Heart Sutra through questions and answers. Secondly, like the sound of Dharma arising even from mountains and trees through the power of the Buddha. As it is said in the Arali: Mountains, trees, pebbles, lotuses, wish-fulfilling trees, and even sounds from great drums, are considered teachings because of the blessings of the Victorious One. So it is said. Thirdly, like the mantras spoken by ordinary beings such as Shravakas and Yakshas, which, through the power of the Buddha, can accomplish extraordinary results, are compiled as teachings. As it is said in the Samgraha: As many Shravaka disciples of the Buddhas as there are who teach the Dharma, possessing explanation and wisdom, speaking and, supreme and noble, bringing happiness and obtaining its fruit, all of those are the power of the Tathagata. So it is said. The third is the teachings of subsequent permission, which are the introductions, connections, harmonies, and approvals added by the compilers when compiling the teachings. As it is said in the extensive commentary of the teacher Sunlight Lion: Moreover, after the Teacher's Nirvana, at the beginning of all Tantras, first the five perfections, and also manifest praise should be added afterward, because it is said so. So it is said. Secondly, regarding the three turnings of the wheel of Dharma, the first turning of the wheel is: In order to guide sentient beings who are beginners and attached to objects, accepting the apprehended and the apprehender as ultimate truth, and making choices regarding what to abandon and what to adopt as remedies, mainly the Four Noble Truths are taught, which is the wheel of Dharma, namely the Vinaya Pitaka and so on. The middle one is: In order to eliminate the obvious attachment to remedies, the wheel of Dharma of no characteristics, which teaches that all phenomena are without inherent existence, namely the extensive and intermediate Prajnaparamita Sutras. The last one is: The wheel of Dharma of definitive meaning, which establishes and teaches how the nature of all phenomena abides as it is, namely the Great Nirvana Sutra and so on. Moreover, in the Samdhinirmocana Sutra, it says: In the case of the first two wheels, the turning of the wheel is also.
