Because the intention of all lands is difficult to understand, it is secret. This is combined with the five consciousnesses, and there are two combinations with the five wisdoms. The first is: repeating the truth of no-birth, etc., without differentiation five times, namely, moving, entering, dwelling, wishing, and ultimate completion. This is combining the two instances of the five consciousnesses of the path of liberation arising sequentially or simultaneously. Here, wishing follows dwelling, which is the usual order. Due to the order of arising, wishing arises after moving. The second is: no-birth is the ultimate truth, all arising is the conventional truth, realizing that birth and non-birth are inseparable, and transforming this into the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, etc., combining according to the previous order. Detailed explanations are found in the fourth chapter of the "Garland of Lights Sutra." Secondly, the path of means is explained like the lower gate, such as Ema, etc. Not being bound by the practice of great desire, and thereby quickly uniting with the fruit, and that this means is superior to others, this is the characteristic of this extraordinary teaching, and the intention of the king, this path of means includes benefits and dangers, therefore it is secret. That is to say, for the naturally co-emergent wisdom, the sun and moon Bodhicitta have no arising, ceasing, abiding, object, going, or coming. When practicing the object co-emergent wisdom, everything appears as the four stages of arising, ceasing, abiding, and object in sequence. Moving and rising, dissolving and entering, abiding, and wishing Bodhicitta. These are the four consciousnesses, the common preliminaries of the two empowerments. The so-called going and coming are the common part of the main practice. When the sun and moon Bodhicitta goes to the top of the Vajra and Lotus in the reverse order of the four joys, the two bindus meet, and by grasping with means and not losing them, one obtains the empowerment of wisdom and prajna, and the ultimate clear light wisdom arises. Again, by reversing with means and returning upwards, the four joys of lower stability are completed, and when the bindu reaches its own place, all conceptual thoughts are enlightened into body and wisdom, which is obtaining the empowerment of great bliss. At that time, the wisdom of conventional truth and non-differentiation arises, which is the ultimate completion or the going and coming Bodhicitta. Know that the latter two empowerments are bestowed at this time. Thus, in the object co-emergent wisdom, when the appearance of arising, ceasing, abiding, object, going, and coming increases

Now, let us recite the five, such as the arising of the innate wisdom of self-nature, without separation. Here, some say: Are these three profound empowerments an exposition or the meaning of the tantra? If it is the former, then when the co-emergent one receives the empowerment, he will not understand the meaning of the tantra, because the meaning of the tantra is complete. If it is the latter, then it contradicts what is said in the 'Collection of Tantras' (spar khab): 'The activity of exposition by the five minds.' If asked, it should be viewed in relation to two aspects, as both cause and teaching, and there is no contradiction. The reason for this is that, in relation to the co-emergent one, through the door of empowerment, the continuity of the meaning of what is said is made to appear. From the aspect of understanding the meaning of the tantra, it is the teaching. By bestowing the secret empowerment, one becomes a suitable vessel, and the latter two empowerments make those who are to be matured and liberated have a share, becoming the cause for realizing the meaning of the essence of the secret of self-nature, so it also becomes an exposition. Or, the secret empowerment is the cause, and the latter two empowerments become the meaning of the tantra, so there is no first fault. That is also as the 'Collection of Tantras' says: 'Among the two causes of the tantra, the uncommon exposition is because it shows the secret empowerment.' Ultimate meaning) is the ultimate bodhicitta, the last of the five minds, that which has not touched the edge of the bodhicitta of the sixteen instants, is Mahayana Great Vehicle), which is this tantra. Also, as it is said in the 'Manifest Realization': 'The exposition of the teacher and consort is because they empower and explain the tantra.' In relation to those who are enlightened, by the empowerment, the teacher and retinue become inseparable, and the courage to request the tantra for the sake of others arises, becoming the cause for the arising of the teaching, so all three empowerments become expositions, so there is no second fault. That is also as the former says: 'The exposition after the retinue has realized is for the sake of those who are enlightened.' Therefore, since the nature of exposition, receiving empowerment, and understanding the tantra are the same, the co-emergent one who appeared earlier has completed the tantra once. Thus, by bestowing empowerment on the co-emergent one, the subtle part of the obscuration of knowledge is purified, and the meaning of the essence of the secret of self-nature is understood, and non-dual wisdom arises, and becoming a Buddha of the nature of the five kayas for one's own benefit is the third generation of ultimate fruition.
