The appearances of the three realms arise extensively. In the Hevajra Tantra it says: 'The wisdom born from the Dharma source, together with the means equal to space, from the nature of means and wisdom, the three worlds are born from that.' Fifth, the limb of recollection: By recollecting the great mudra of emptiness and form, one meditates repeatedly and strives vigorously to accomplish the melting bliss without leakage. Here, the bodily posture is similar to others, except that the two hands are crossed as fists at the heart. The gaze is straight ahead without wavering. One visualizes oneself as the co-emergent father and mother of Kalachakra. The radiance of emptiness and form appears as the deity's body, pervading with emptiness and form, and one rests in equipoise for a while. If one cannot draw in the appearance of emptiness and form in that way, then one focuses on the clear emptiness of the deity's body and rests for a while. In the six places of the father and mother deities, one seals with Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ་, Devanagari: , IAST: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: , IAST: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: , IAST: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), Ho (Tibetan: ཧཱོ་, Devanagari: , IAST: ho, Literal meaning: Ho), Svā (Tibetan: སྭཱ་, Devanagari: , IAST: svā, Literal meaning: Sva), and Hāḥ (Tibetan: ཧཱཿ, Devanagari: , IAST: hāḥ, Literal meaning: Ha) in white, red, black, yellow, blue, and green colors. One visualizes the mother's empty lotus as red with eight petals, marked in the center by a slender blue vajra; the father's secret place as a five-pronged vajra, marked in the center with a slender red eight-petaled lotus. Then, thinking of entering into union with the practice of sequential attachment, one joins the breath at the navel. In the dhuti, one holds the wind of wisdom unwavering. As the syllable Ho at the navel blazes, the syllable Ham at the crown of the head melts, and one imagines it filling up to the forehead chakra, blending with emptiness and form. Above that bodily posture, one holds the vase breath of the crown of the head and forehead for a short time, which is a moment of joy. As that stream of bindu expands and melts, it fills up to the throat and heart chakras, blending with emptiness and form. One holds the vase breath of the throat and heart, each time for a little longer than before, which is a moment of supreme joy. Again, as the stream of the previous bodhicitta expands and melts, it fills up to the navel and secret place chakras, blending with emptiness and form. One meditates on the vase breath of the navel and secret place, each time for a longer time, which is a moment of unique joy. Again, one imagines the stream of increasing bodhicitta filling up to the secret vajra jewel, filled with bodhicitta. While abiding in emptiness and form for a long time, one performs a vase breath combination. Then, one makes the life-force clear and forcefully releases the downward-clearing, causing the channels to slacken. It is endowed with the force of the wind of a hermaphrodite.

Thus, the wind will reverse. The practice of sustained striking within will pacify the waves. In this way, the three key points of the union of body and speech, and the four key points held by the yogi who places the mind in emptiness-form Mahamudra, will stop outward dissipation. Visualize bodhichitta coiling like a vajra jewel. This is the moment of innate joy. Then, squat, lift the heels, bend the chest, and cross the vajra fists. Sequentially direct "hing," "hur," "hag," and "hig" to the navel, heart, throat, and crown. Spread them at the chakra points with lion play and so on. After that, meditate on various kumbhakas, mixing them with the wind. Focus on the experience of melting bliss and the signs of clear light, maintain the state of the three immovables, and transform it into the key point of great wisdom. Like this, from the time of drawing the winds into each chakra, make sure to have the key points of reversal and pervasion complete. By striving at this, emptiness-form and mind-abiding will quickly arise. At these times, whatever experience arises, maintain it spontaneously, thereby liberating from obstacles and wrong paths, and qualities will increase. Sixth, the limb of samadhi is: the object emptiness-form and the subject bliss mind merge into one, obtaining immutable bliss. This is samadhi focused on clear light emptiness-form. When its nature, emptiness-form Mahamudra, draws melting bliss, before long, what is called "immutable bliss" will arise, which is the innate arising from the flow of subsequent bindus. Emptiness-form becomes one essence. Although the nature of union has no distinctions, from the perspective of the path practitioner, due to the distinction of twenty-one thousand six hundred karma winds ceasing, immutable bliss also becomes that many. In the six chakras, the movement of wind ceases in numbers of twelve thousand eight hundred each, therefore at each position of each chakra, two bhumis are obtained twice, becoming the master of the twelve bhumis. The red essence stabilizes in twelve parts from the crown to the jewel, therefore twelve aspects of truth manifest. The white essence stabilizes in the order of sixteen joys from the jewel to the crown, therefore those sixteen aspects manifest.
