If tranquility is stained with dirt, it will fall into a state of roughness due to negligence in one's nature (some words seem to be missing here, needs verification). If the antidote's protection does not collapse, experience will be established upon one's nature due to the infiltration of experience. If one is overly attached to one's own views, one will not grasp the correct meaning as the truth due to deviations in understanding. If sectarian desires are not extinguished, one will not accept anything due to errors in speech. Second, there are four degrees of completion: Completion in essence is realizing the self-nature of non-duality and freedom from conceptualization. Completion in signs is the manifestation of the signs of cause, path, and result. Completion in qualities is seeing the faces of a hundred Buddhas and having the power to shake a hundred realms. Completion in number is three and a half million, and the time is one and a half months. This is the instruction manual following the Path of Seeing. Fourth, the instructions on the practice of the Path of Meditation, the equality of taste, have three parts: the preliminary practice of taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, the main practice of how to practice, and the subsequent practices, including the precepts and the degree of completion. The first part has three points: The generation of the support is that this is the time to practice the body of the Guru, the Great Bliss, the Equality, so the support, whether extensive or concise, can be meditated on as one pleases, without fixed requirements for the form of the body. Second, accumulating merit. Third, relying on the path, as before. Second, the main practice has four points: First, the method of expressing sounds, the path of letters: Reciting the vowels and consonants four times in reverse order from bottom to top, first, everything that appears as form, whether it is the body of the Guru-Yidam or the body of an ordinary person, has no difference between good and bad, that is, appearance is emptiness. Second, everything that is heard as sound, whether it is the speech of the Guru-Yidam or the sounds of sentient beings, has no difference between good and bad, that is, sound is emptiness. Third, all thoughts and concepts, whether it is the mind of the Guru-Yidam or the minds of sentient beings, have no difference between good and bad in appearance, that is, bliss and emptiness are non-dual. Fourth, all of these, for one's own mind, which is unborn, there is no good or bad, no order of abandonment or adoption, do not merely cling to non-duality, but seal everything as equality. Second, the difference in the objects of the four empowerments, the practice of the four chakras: Meditating on (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih), (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) in the four chakras of the heart, navel, throat, and forehead. Through "Abhiṣiñca (Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च, Romanized Sanskrit: abhiṣiñca, Literal meaning: Consecrate) Hum," etc., visualize the four Sugatas in the four chakras in no particular order, and the empowerment also in order.

It should be accepted without any doubt. Third, regarding the distinctions of the fundamental introduction, there are three points. The root lies in integrating meaning into the path: The previous non-dual, beyond-mind, and non-inverted realization is integrated without distinction into any activity, whether during conduct or in circumstances of happiness and suffering, and made into a continuous stream of yoga. As the great accomplished master Kamalaśrīvajra said, "On the path, whatever is beneficial should be regarded as a companion, thereby destroying stubborn clinging to reality. Breaking the sequence is the key to letting go." This refers to integrating the previous understanding of dependent origination, the five ways of seeing, with the four types of conduct and practicing them. Therefore, from the four fundamental types of conduct, twenty branch types of conduct are derived for practice. Among these twenty branch types of conduct, the five sitting postures are: the vajra full lotus posture of pure dependent origination, half lotus posture, squatting, reclining, and the king's playful posture. The five lying postures are: lying on the right side, lying on the left side, lying on the back, lying face down, and curling up the head and thighs. The five standing postures are: standing, half-standing, standing up, arranging clothes, and taking a step. The five walking postures are: walking, strolling while walking, running, strolling while running, and resting. It is said in the Compendium, "Walking, standing, sleeping, and sitting, be fully endowed with mindfulness." Therefore, for each of these twenty distinct types of conduct, there are five ways of seeing. Each of these is combined with the five senses, observing during meditation and then relaxing afterward. Gathering, raising, and releasing five hundred samadhis is called the samadhi of the category of the profound appearance of phenomena. In any case, even when meditating, draw in the lower breath, press down the upper breath, cut off the flow of breath, like smashing tsampa with a stone, and then without adjusting the mind in any way, relax and leave it bare in its naturally clear, non-conceptual awareness. In short, at all times of conduct, do not be separated from the fundamental experience. Whether encountering happiness or suffering, integrate and cultivate the unobstructed, clear, vivid, and empty state of self-awareness into the path. As the Brahmin Yeshe Nyingpo said, "Striking sharply with clear awareness creates the essence of sharpness. It is the key to destroying the seat of dullness and drowsiness." Therefore, in all subsequent conduct, treat it like a father.
